- 5x 6.03mm Tightbore inner barrel
- Insane ROF: 36 rounds per second
- Pre-installed tripod mount
While it may not be the most practical primary available, nothing lays down firepower quite like the WE23-H Rotary Minigun AEG from WELL PRO. This is the Tripod Mounted version, pre-fitted with a 7mm metric threaded tripod mount on the bottom, ready to dominate any fixed position. The tripod mount also opens up possibilities of building an Airsoft technical (a light vehicle with a mounted weapon). Ambitious techy Airsofters who've been dreaming of riding around on the back of a golf buggy or quad bike showering the enemy team in a torrent of white fury, you need this!
If you haven't already heard, the WELL PRO Minigun series is simply without equal when it comes to rate of fire, hitting out at 36 rounds per second on an 11.1V LiPo battery. With significantly increased capacity, longer barrels and the ability to be mounted to common tripods you may already have in a dusty corner at home, the WELL PRO WE23-H Rotary Minigun AEG; Tripod Mounted adds a new dimension to Airsoft gameplay and makes a fantastic collection centrepiece!

Description
If you've ever needed more firepower in an Airsoft skirmish, the WELL PRO WE23-H Rotary Minigun AEG; Tripod Mounted should be on your radar! Based on the WE23-S Minigun, the WE23-H is bigger, meaner and designed for tripod or vehicle mounting, equipped with spade grips at the rear and boasting an incredible 2800-round magazine which winds automatically as you shoot. Whether you want to dominate any fixed position or have an Airsoft technical build in mind, the WE23-H Rotary Minigun AEG; Tripod Mounted from WELL PRO is the perfect tool for the job.
Starting at the front, we are treated to an ultra-menacing minigun muzzle brake styled after the real steel M134a2 Vulcan minigun often seen on the sides of MH-6 Little Bird, UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and atop Humvees. Inside the brake, we are treated to 5 threaded outer barrels with 14mm CCW threading at the tip of each, concealed by a thread protector. The outer barrels and muzzle brake are all made from lightweight aluminium, minimising strain on the internals while giving them the metal build they deserve.
Despite the common barrel threading, the muzzle brake will prevent tracer units and suppressors from being mounted. We are aware of a minigun-specific tracer unit soon to be released by WELL PRO, so stay tuned for that!
Moving rearwards we come to the handguard, constructed from high density polymer with M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions, ready for your choice of M-LOK accessories. The handguard is styled similarly to the more portable WE23-S Minigun but is swept forward at the front, providing a more dynamic look. If you're using this variant of the WE23 platform properly, you won't be laying a single hand on the handguard but it adds a lot to the aesthetic, giving the WE23-H a hint of plausible futuristic styling.
The receiver follows just behind, constructed from a combination of high density polymer and aluminium with a lengthy 20mm Picatinny rail running along the top. The top rail has basic open iron sights built in but also allows you to mount an optical sight or aiming laser. Get one of those massive Minigun red dot sights on this beast, it deserves it!
The receiver is relatively featureless, with no ejection port, charging handle or fire selector to be found. The magazine well is located at the bottom, allowing you to reload easily when the WE23-H is mounted to a tripod. The magazine is very similar in design to the WE23-S but is significantly bigger, offering a whopping 2800 rounds of auto-winding goodness on tap.
The magazine indexes at the rear and rocks in to lock at the front, similarly to an AK or FAL platform, but this is where the similarities end! To fill the mag, you will need to remove the rear plate to expose the fill window. Removing the rear plate is far easier than any other AEG box mag; simply squeeze the two tabs on either side of the central "bar" on the rear plate and it comes straight off, together with the large internal spring. Remove the entire assembly, pour your BBs into the mag, reinstall the rear plate and you are ready to shoot! Compatibility-wise, the WE23-H only takes the 2800rnd WELL PRO Minigun magazine and isn't compatible with the 1200rnd version.
Located below the magazine well, we have the tripod mount which is designed for 7mm metric tripod threads. This allows the WE23-H to lean into its real steel battlefield role, providing overwhelming firepower to defend a fixed location. The tripod mount could also be used to secure the WE23-H to a vehicle if you're handy with power tools. If you've always dreamt of riding an Airsoft technical into battle and hosing the enemy down with a minigun, the WE23-H makes this a very real possibility!
At the rear of the receiver, we come to the fire controls of the WE23-H which are nothing like any AEG you've handled before. The dual grips are known as "Spade Grips", often seen on M2 Browning, vehicle-mounted M240D machine guns and other massive weapon systems in the real world. The WE23-H has two red trigger buttons, one on each side, and you can press either or both to fire this beast. Before you let rip, flip open the super-cool activation switch cover, flick the switch to power on the minigun and you're ready to cut the enemy team down!
Below the spade grips, we can find the battery compartment which is amply sized to fit an 11.1V 1450mAh LiPo battery, and then some! To access the battery compartment, simply pull the catch at the top down and it will hinge open, revealing a Deans connector inside. The location of the battery compartment means if you feel your minigun slowing down, you can swap batteries from behind the gun and get back to dumping BBs downrange!
While this beast may not be practical for all situations, there is nothing else out there which matches its incredible speed and capacity. For objective-based gameplay, defending fixed positions or mounting to a golf buggy as a makeshift Humvee, you cannot ask for better than the WELL PRO WE23-H Rotary Minigun AEG; Tripod Mounted!

Joule Charts
Special Instructions
These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.
This table should be used for reference, and cannot be used to check one weight against another, as the weight of the BB affects the power.
In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
Every time you change weights you will need to re-chrono and check against the table. This is not a conversion chart between weights.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, and is the equivalent of 350fps, using 0.20g BB resulting in an upper limit of 1.14j.
