Description

The S&T Type 38 is constructed to a very realistic standard using Real Wood and Steel for the externals. This results in a heavy Rifle that clocks in a 3.6kg, and also feels amazing in the hands. The wood furniture has a very smooth finish and has a medium/moderate stain so that it is not too orange/yellow. The Rifle is powered by a Spring that is cocked by lifting the Bolt Handle and pulling it backwards, just like any Spring Sniper Rifle, a yields an output FPS of around 380FPS w/ 0.2g BBs.

The Rifle features a set of Adjustable Ironsights, which can be set for range by squeezing the Rear Sight Post and sliding it into position. A set of Sling Loops on the underside of the Replica allow you to make use of a Two-Point Sling Setup to carry the Rifle. An Adjustable HOP Unit can be found under the Rear Sight Post, that is adjusted by using an Allen Key to turn the Grub Screw. The Type 38 features a detachable 25rnd Magazine that is filled using a Speedloader, and sits in a VSR-style position near the front of the Rifle. The Safety for this Rifle can be found on the back of the Bolt Handle, and is operated by pushing the end cap on the back of the Bolt inwards and turning it either side to turn the Safety On or Off.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
