This flip-to-side magnifier offers 3x magnification, making distant targets easy to spot and allowing you to turn your RDS into a long-range optic and flip back to close range instantly via the flip-to-side mount.
The mount is ready to rock on any 20mm Picatinny rail and offers standard M4/AR-15 height over bore, matching the optical centreline of most red dot sights but ideally used with the Novritsch Red Dot Sight V2. Windage and elevation adjustment dials are present on the left side and top respectively. At the rear, we have a focus adjustment dial so you can adjust to get the clearest image of your target and reticle. Description
If you find yourself in a mix of CQB and long-range environments, a flip-to-side magnifier paired with a red dot sight is a great option to handle threats at all ranges. The Novritsch 3x Optic Magnifier with Flip-to-Side Mount is designed to be used with the Novritsch Red Dot Sight V2 but is set to match M4/AR-15 height over bore (lower 1/3 co-witness), allowing it to be used with most red dot sights with the appropriate height mount.
The included 20mm Picatinny mount allows you to stow the Optic Magnifier out of the way of your red dot sight and quickly flip it in front when a long-range opponent arises and vice versa. This is done by pressing the button on the left side of the mount, facing the shooter, after which the magnifier can be positioned either in front of your red dot sight or on the left side. Windage and elevation adjustments are applied using a flathead screwdriver, allowing you to get perfect alignment with your red dot sight.
At the rear, we have the focus adjustment dial which can be turned to clarify both the reticle and the objective, ensuring you get a good view regardless of your own eyes. A hidden perk of a flip-to-side magnifier is that it can be used for engagement at long range, team identification and spotting, allowing you to get eyes on a potential enemy far sooner and set up for an ambush or relay enemy positions to your team so they can flank. If you need a long-range solution but don't want to swap out your red dot sight for a massive rifle scope, the Novritsch 3x Optic Magnifier with Flip-to-Side Mount is ideal!
