KRYTAC KRISS® Vector AEG SMG

The Krytac Kriss Vector AEG features all the excellence expected of Krytac AEGs packaged in an innovative and oh so beautiful shape. The real steel Vector originated with the TDI Super-V submachine gun which aimed to provide a full auto SMG chambered in .45 ACP for military and law enforcement units with an ultra high rate of fire to improve hit probability. The Vector manages its astonishing ROF using an innovative internal system known as the "Super-V recoil system". This means the bolt carrier travels rearwards and downwards instead of the usual forward and back, helping control the muzzle rise and keeping the Vector on target, even when ripping off a long burst of .45 ACP. 

Externally, the Vector authentically replicates all the highly unique appearances and features of the Gen.2 variant of the Vector, solidly constructed with a flawless finish. At the tip of the 5.5-inch outer barrel we are treated to a perfectly accurate replica of the real steel Vector muzzle device, completing the authentic extenrals of this fantastic replica. If you want to add a suppressor or tracer unit to this CQB machine that is not out of the question, thanks to the 14mm CCW male threading at the barrels tip. 

Moving rearwards we come to the body of the Vector which features 3 20mm Picatinny rails on the lower section, and a full length 20mm Picatinny rail along the top of the receiver so you can equip the Vector with your optical sight of choice. The lower 3 rails are perfect for adding lasers and tactical flashlights if the mission requires it, and can also be used to mount a vertical foregrip for better control when sweeping between targets in the close confines of CQB.

The charging handle is positioned just above the 20mm rail on the left side and folds flat against the receiver when not in use to minimise snags. Like the real Vector, this part is constructed from metal to keep strength where it is needed and stay faithful to the real platform which is made almost entirely from polymer. 

Moving downwards from the charging handle brings is to the magazine well which is swept back to accommodate the pistol style magazines of the Vector platform. The front of the magazine well includes gripping texture so you can grip it closer to the body when manoeuvring up close and shooting from unconventional positions. When you grip the Vector by the magwell the magazine catch is right there, under the thumb, allowing for super fast reloads. The mag release is ideally positioned for right-handed users but thanks to the design of the Vector it is simple and easy for a left handed shooter to reach around the magwell to release the mag. 

The fire selector of the Vector is unconventional in design, similar to the Thompson SMG of WWII but considerably more comfortable and easy to operate. There are a grand total of 4 selector switches on the Vector, with each pair of selectors fulfilling a different duty. The front pair of selectors controls the fire mode, offering semi-auto, 2-round burst and full auto fire modes, all indicated with modern bullet pictograms and accessible from either the left or the right side. The rearmost selector controls the SAFE and FIRE functions and sits right beneath the shooters thumb for fast access, whether you are left or right handed. 

On either side of the Vector we are treated to the Kriss "V" logo which is moulded into the high density reinforced polymer body, showing off its licenced nature and real steel brand pedigree. The markings on the Krytac Vector look absolutely amazing, are crisply moulded and elevate the realism of this AEG to the point that it is hard to distinguish from the real thing. 

If you feel the need for an SMG but you want something that was designed this century with mould breaking technology and a look like nothing else, the Krytac Kriss Vector is pretty much your only option! Special Instructions:

The Side Rail does not come fitted, and can be attached to either the left or right side of the weapon.

When removing the Flash Hider ensure you first remove the Grub Screw which holds it in place.
