CYMA CM.041G/CM.041H Complete Gearbox E-Edition High-Speed

The CYMA CM.041G/CM.041H Complete Gearbox E-Edition High-Speed is the same gearbox found in the absolutely amazing CM.041G and CM.041G SMG-5 AEGs and can be fitted to the vast majority of SMG-5/MP5 AEG platforms on the market. The gearbox shell is reinforced at the front end, curing one of the known weaknesses of the version 2 design and prolonging the lifespan of this high-performance gearbox. The gears are constructed from steel and have a 13:1 ratio, placing them firmly in the "high speed" category and contributing immensely to the devasting ROF of this setup when installed.

The gears run on 8mm ball bearing bushings, providing reduced friction and a smooth gearbox sound and the spring guide is also mounted on ball bearings to reduce stress. Naturally, the spring guide can be removed through the rear of the gearbox without opening the shell, allowing for quick power tuning with minimal effort!

The piston head and cylinder head are constructed from aluminium and are the silent type, with a rubber pad to reduce the force of piston head impacts and reduce gearbox noise. The piston head is also equipped with ball bearings to reduce rotational force on the piston, and the cylinder head is sealed with a double o-ring setup, promising perfect air seal. The piston itself is constructed from polymer to reduce weight but has a full rack of steel teeth to provide ample strength where needed.

Included in the set is a high-speed motor which pairs perfectly with the 13:1 gearset and other high-speed components and the pre-installed spring is an M105 which should give about 340 FPS with a 0.2g BB when installed. The pre-installed trigger is the same flat "speed" trigger found on the CM.041H and CM.041G AEGs, offering super snappy double taps and a more modern aesthetic. To keep everything in check and running smoothly, the gearbox features the CYMA MOSFET/ETU which controls cycling to ensure the gearbox remains properly in time, and also reduces electrical resistance for improved efficiency, rate of fire and trigger response.
