If you need a pouch for a compact radio like the Baofeng UV5-R, the 8Fields MOLLE Small Radio Pouch is ideal. Constructed from 1000D Nylon, this pouch mounts to MOLLE webbing and holds your radio in via an adjustable strap with a polymer buckle to secure it.
The retention strap is adjustable to allow for various compact radio sizes and the pouch itself is designed to provide clearance for the antenna and on/off dial.
