Does Evike ship to the UK?
Yes, but you will be charged a considerable sum for international shipping. If you order through Patrol Base, you only pay our standard UK postage price, so you can order whatever you need from Evike through us and save money at the same time.
How long do Evike items take to arrive?
Evike X Patrol Base orders generally take up to 21 days to arrive. Next-day shipping is unfortunately not available on orders from Evike through Patrol Base.
What does Evike sell?
Evike offers a wide range of licensed Airsoft replicas, accessories, combat gear and other Airsoft equipment. Certain lines offered by Evike are not available in the UK, but you can order these items through Patrol Base to get your hands on them faster, easier and cheaper.
Are there any restrictions on ordering an Airsoft gun?
Yes, the UK law still applies to any Airsoft products supplied through Patrol Base. This means that you will need to be 18 or over, and you will need a valid UKARA Membership or VCRA Defence to purchase RIFs from Evike. Find out more in our Guide: What is a UKARA / VCRA Defence.
Will I be charged Customs / Import Fees?
UK VAT is included in our retail price, but unlike personal imports, there will be no additional fees charged at the border, and no Courier Admin Fees. This means you’ll pay less!
Is the Two-Tone service available on Evike items?
Yes, but the Two-Tone service lead time of approximately 8 working days still applies. We use this time to disassemble, paint, cure, reassemble and test your Two-Tone item, so unfortunately, the extra time is unavoidable.
What is the returns process for items ordered from Evike through Patrol Base?
Our Returns Policy still applies to all items ordered from Evike through Patrol Base. This includes your 12-month warranty, no-quibble returns period of 14 days under the Consumer Rights Act and any other statutory rights outlined in UK Law.
