If your AEG needs a bit of extra accuracy to get the job done, a tightbore inner barrel will do the trick! This Stainless Steel Tightbore Inner Barrel from ZCI has a 6.02mm bore, meaning a slight rise in FPS using the same mainspring and improvements in accuracy at long range.

If your AEG shoots hard you may want some hard internal parts to secure its performance in the long term! The Laylax Hard Anti-Reversal Latch for V2/V3 Gearbox is constructed from hardened steel to cope with even the most ferocious build. Highlights of the internals include the CYMA MOSFET/ETU system, steel high-speed 13:1 ratio gears, an aluminium silent piston head and cylinder head and a quick change spring system. Being a replacement original parts set, this gearbox is the exact setup found in the superb CM.041G and CM.041H AEGs, meaning if you have ever been envious of their performance you can now make your SMG-5 shoot just as nicely!

If you want to squeeze a bit more accuracy and FPS out of your AEG, Laylax has just the thing. This 6.03mm Tightbore Inner barrel is part of the Laylax Prometheus range, widely regarded as the best source for AEG upgrade parts in the world. Inner barrels from this same range are known for their rigid stainless steel construction and immaculate internal finish and are what we use in the phenomenal Bolster Armouries AEGs.

This 6.03mm tightbore is designed for AEG rifles, SMGs, and support guns which use the Tokyo Marui AEG style of barrel cut, which is the vast majority on the market, and will provide an accuracy improvement thanks to its finely polished internal surfaces and a slight increase in FPS thanks to the tighter bore improving air seal and the overall efficiency of the system.

If you're the techy type and are seeking a smooth, buttery-sounding gearbox with maximum efficiency, helical gears must be on your shopping list! The Lonex Spiral Bevel Gear & Helical Pinion Gear for V2/3 Gearbox includes a pinion gear and bevel gear, both constructed from steel for maximum strength. The included pinion gear is an "O type", designed for O-type motor shafts and not compatible with D-type shafts. 

These gears differ from standard bevel and pinion gears in the angle of the teeth, cut in a helix shape and designed to increase torque and efficiency. This also means the gearbox report will be far quieter with these installed, though strong bushings are recommended for the bevel gear due to the increase in axial thrust force generated. Naturally, this set is ideally used by a techy skirmisher with the prerequisite knowledge needed to bring out the best performance and longevity from their setup. 

Upgrade your Lee Enfield with a superior cylinder. Tough and durable, the cylinder is specifically for the Lee Enfield S.M.L.E No. 1 MK III, with the cylinder set constructed from stainless steel and Teflon coated, to reduce piston friction. As a result the set can work with high-power springs. 

If you're working on a high-speed or high FPS gearbox, the FPS Softair Carbon Fibre Reinforced Tappet Plate for V3 Gearbox is essential. This hard-wearing tappet plate is constructed from carbon fibre-reinforced polymer, making it strong and flexible in equal measure. This Carbon Fibre Tappet Plate is compatible with any version 3 Airsoft gearbox, including those found in AUG, AR36, AK & S55x AEGs. If you are looking to upgrade your HOP unit, in most cases these days there isn't much to gain if you already have a rotary unit in your gun. This is the exception! Krytac has taken the rotary HOP unit and added in audible and tactile clicks when you adjust, locking the unit in its set position and allowing you to adjust accurately even in low light conditions! The unit also has engraved numerical setting indicators around the adjuster, allowing you to keep track of which setting works best with which BB weight, avoiding the trail and error! If you're looking for an upgraded AEG motor with the best price-to-performance ratio, you're looking for the Warhead Industries Base Brushless Motor! This brushless motor was conceived as a more affordable alternative to the legendary Warhead CNC Black Brushless Motor, boasting similar performance at an unbeatable price point. This, the short shaft variant, is designed for AR36, Thompson, AUG and AK AEGs. 

Like the Warhead CNC Black motor used in Bolster Armouries builds, the Base boasts an ESC (electronic speed control) module which protects your battery, provides low-voltage cutoff and regulates speed to keep the immense power of the Base under control. The primary difference between the Base and the CNC Black is that the base uses a cast aluminium housing instead of a CNC machined one and the stator is wound via machines while the CNC Black is hand-wound. 

The advantages of running a brushless motor are numerous, the most important of which is a far higher torque to weight ratio than conventional motors. The lack of brushes means there is less to go wrong and the motor is far quieter when running, guaranteeing a longer lifespan of smooth running performance. That said, these motors are intended for highly upgraded setups so we only recommend them for those who are confident working on AEG internals. If your custom-built beast needs an equally beastly motor to drive it, the Warhead Base Brushless Motor; Short Shaft is one of the best choices out there!

If you're on the hunt for upgraded motors and need maximum speed and torque, the Specna Arms DARK MATTER™ Brushless Motor; Long should fit the bill. This Brushless Motor is Specna's top of the line offering, made with a CNC aluminium housing and available in ultra swift 39K RPM and the diabolically fast 48K RPM variants. This is the "long shaft" version, designed for use in M4/AR-15, SMG-5, G3 and P90 AEGs.

DARK MATTER™ motors are Brushless Motors, similar to the legendary Warhead Industries examples and boasting lower heat build-up, higher torque-to-weight ratio, improved reliability via reduced friction and significantly reduced operating noise when compared to conventional brushed motors. While installing a DARK MATTER™ motor in your AEG will make it a beast, the more important aspect is keeping it performing in the long term. As is always the case with super strong motors, we only recommend the Dark Matter series to those with the technical know-how to ensure their setup can handle it!

This bucking is designed for builds shooting at 350-400 FPS, putting it right in the sweet spot for DMRs. When installed, this set should improve range, enhance air seal and allow for heavier weights of ammo to be used. Compatibility-wise, this should fit the vast majority of Airsoft AEGs which use the standard TM AEG style HOP-up bucking/rubber and nub, which is almost all of them!
