Vortex Optics VIP Lifetime Warranty - Skirmish with confidence
The Vortex Optics Unlimited Lifetime Warranty has saved many an Airsofters' wallet over the years, covering any damage that isn't intentional on any Vortex Optics scope or red dot sight, even shot out lenses!
We always recommend using a lens protector, especially in CQB skirmishes where engagement distances are very tight, but if you are lucky enough to own a Vortex Optics red dot sight or scope, you can skirmish to your heart's content, confident in the knowledge that your optic is covered for the worst case scenario.
How does the Vortex Optics VIP Unlimited Warranty work?
| No matter who ends up owning this product, you do not need a receipt to claim on warranty when going directly through Vortex Optics. Your new purchase is covered for absolutely any accident that impairs the operation of the product and any feature. Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect the function, however, will not be covered. |

The warranty on Vortex Optics is for life. If the product becomes discontinued then Vortex will replace your item with a newer version completely free of charge! |
What does the Vortex Optics VIP Unlimited Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Vortex VIP Warranty covers all accidental damage which affects the functionality of the optic. This includes but is not limited to:
- Lens damage, including from Airsoft BBs
- Illumination function failure
- Adjustment turret failure
Faults not covered by the VIP warranty are:
- Intentional damage
- Theft/Loss
- Cosmetic damage which does not affect the functionality of the optic
How do I claim?
Don't worry, it's nice and simple! If you purchased your Vortex Optics sight from Patrol Base, simply get in touch with us via websales@patrolbase.co.uk and we will handle the rest. Otherwise, get in touch with Vortex Optics themselves and they will put you in touch with the UK-authorised Vortex dealer who will handle your claim.
