Description

They call this pistol the Black Dragon for a good reason, when you pull the trigger it feels like it is spitting out fire! The insane fire rate is intense but extremely satisfying. Knowing that you can send out 25 BBs in the blink of an eye provides a lot of comfort for those who settle down on the skirmish field with a sniper rifle.

The WE Black Dragon Hi-Capa 7.0 GBB Pistol is customisable just like other Tokyo Marui-based Hi-Capa pistols, however, as it is full auto this means that not all parts are compatible and some modification may be required to make parts work. It is advised against any upgrades or customisation unless you are absolutely confident in your abilities and knowledge.

Starting at the front of this lengthy pistol we find a tenderiser-style compensator. It was designed for military close-quarter encounters, so the pistol wouldn't jam up when fired near clothing. In Airsoft it serves no such purpose, it is instead only intended to make your pistol look extremely intimidating. Just be sure you don't fall on it or you are in for a world of pain!

Situated above the compensator we find the front iron sight post. This post holds a light-enhancing fibre optic tube that pairs perfectly with the rear iron sight for quick target acquisition. Not like you will exactly need to aim with a full auto pistol, the chances are it will be a spray and pray!

At the front of the alloy frame, we find a long section of 20mm Picatinny rail. Here, you can mount any mission essentials such as a light, a laser or a launcher, whatever it is that you need to complete your operations. Above this rail section, there is a large exposed portion of the silver outer barrel. This shows where the barrel has been split to improve the pistol's gas efficiency and its cycling rate, so you can fire faster, for longer.

Moving on to the pistol grip and controls, we find all the usual Hi-Capa controls, in all their usual places. Starting with the mag release, which is situated just rearwards of the skeletonised trigger. It has a textured surface, perfect for wet weather handling ensuring that you can reload just as quickly as you can empty a magazine!

The Black Dragon features an adjustable hop-up unit for range and accuracy. It is accessible once the slide is separated from the pistol. This is designed to add range and accuracy as the hop adds spin to BBs before they travel down the barrel due to contact with a rubber patch when the BB is fired. The hop-up unit is fully adjustable, and can be set for a wide range of BB weights and types, giving you plenty of options when it comes to the BBs you choose and the range you play at.

There are multiple safety features with this pistol, with a beaver-tail grip safety which prevents the pistol from firing unless properly gripped, as well as a safety lock which can be used to prevent the replica from firing once cocked. These safety features have been added with holstering the pistol in mind, allowing you to insert and pull the pistol from a holster without having to worry about accidentally firing the gun.

Inside, the Black Dragon Hi-Capa 7.0 is based on the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa, meaning most Hi-Capa upgrade parts should fit but may need modification. As it comes, the Black Dragon is equipped with a 6.05mm tightbore inner barrel, raising FPS and improving accuracy potential as long as you do your part. There is plenty of customisation and upgrades to be had with this pistol, just make sure you know what you're doing first!

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
