Description
This Alloy constructed, reinforced Version 2 gearbox is the ideal drop in part for any RIF that needs a quick, easy and efficient way to be brought back to life, and is a convenient alternative to troubleshooting individual parts (and possibly spending a fortune!).
The gearbox features 8mm Steel bushings for increased lifespan and reliability, as well a spring guide with bearings to reduce spring twisting and tension which can cause poor performance. The piston and piston head are Polycarbonate with a metal tooth and the cylinder itself is a standard brass affair.
The pre-installed spring is rated at M115, meaning if installed as it is this gearbox should give around 380 FPS on a 0.2g BB. Make sure you downgrade the spring if you are skirmishing with this!
This gearbox is rear wired, meaning the cabling is laid out to store the battery in the rear of the weapon, and features a small Tamiya connector pre-installed with a fuse. The motor included with the package is a standard CYMA ferrite magnet motor. This is an ideal purchase for someone with a Version 2 gearbox weapon that has lots to repair and would be best off with a whole new drop-in replacement gearbox.

Special Instructions
The spring installed in this gearbox is rated at 115 M/S, which equates to 380 FPS with 0.2g BBs approximately. If installed as it comes, this gearbox will most likely shoot above skirmish site limits. This M95 Spring should provide around 310 FPS and is compatible with this gearbox.

Parts Fitting
Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
