Returns
We want you to be absolutely happy with our products and services, so we provide the simple Patrol Base guarantee: if on receiving your item you are unhappy with your item for any reason then simply send it back to us. We will replace or refund the item.
You can return any item for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, within 14 days of receipt of the order. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Description
PatrolBase.co.uk Gift Cards and Vouchers (including Good Will vouchers), may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products [excluding postage] on https://www.patrolbase.co.uk. The card may only be used for a single sale, and any remaining credit will be lost once the sale is complete. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card value the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Patrol Base gift card codes can be used both in store and online to the value printed on the front of the card.
Once scratched, gift cards cannot be used in-store, and once used online cannot also be used in-store.
