Novritsch 2000rnd Electric Box Magazine for M249 AEGs

If you're here looking for a spare box magazine you must be fulfilling your role as a support gunner effectively! The more rounds you launch at the opponents, the better chance your team has of winning, it's as simple as that. With that in mind, Novritsch has made their box magazine available separately! Perfect for those with heavy trigger fingers or long skirmish sessions.

The magazine can be loaded through the fill window which is located on the right side of the magazine easily accessible for a quick top-up when there's a break in the action. The window can be opened by pressing the polymer tab you can then open it up and pour in all your BBs.

The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the magazine and can be accessed by unzipping the fabric cover. With the zip undone, you will see a polymer battery cover and beneath that, there is a 9V attachment point. A 9V battery is a good choice as it has plenty of power for a day of skirmishing, just remember you'll have to source your own as one is not included in the package.

Near the battery compartment, you will find the power switch for the magazine which has three positions. The central position is the "off" position and will kill power to the magazine, but will not decompress the BBs in the feed chute. If you need to do this at the end of the game you can do it the same way you would with a normal mag, by pulling the BB retainer catch at the top of the magazine rearwards with the top of the mag pointed in a safe direction (preferably a BB bottle!).

The left-most position is the "AUTO" mode, which will wind the mag continually whilst the button is in this position. The right-most position is the "sound control" mode, which winds the magazine when your AEG is fired and works using a small sensor inside the mag. This gives you all the options on how to use your box mag, and if you have a particularly fast shooting LMG and the sound control cannot keep up you will be able to rectify that manually with the "AUTO" mode.

If you're a fan of support guns and want to keep on firing at a skirmish site, you can never go wrong with a second magazine! Also great for mil simmers who go on day-long excursions and need the spare ammo for crucial gun fights.
