Description

The Ghost B6 Smart Balance Charger is just what you need if you have loads of batteries to charge and little time to do it. The charger offers fully programmable settings via its high performance microprocessor and uses specialised operating software to charge a wide variety of batteries, including anything you would use to power an AEG and even larger batteries used in R/C helicopters and drones.

With a maximum output power of 80 Watts, this charger will juice up your Airsoft batteries far faster than the average LiPo balance charger or NiMh charger and is even capable of discharging batteries at up to 5 Watts; perfect for those who use Ni-Cad batteries and want to keep them well maintained and ready to go.

The B6 can charge LiPo, Li-Fe, Li-Ion, NiMH and Ni-Cad batteries when set up correctly and requires both the balance cable and the charging cable to be connected to the charger when used with Lithium batteries (LiPo, Li-Fe, Li-Ion). The charger supports up to 22.2V (6S) Lithium batteries and up to 18V (15S) for Ni-Cad and NiMH, meaning it can easily handle any battery you would use for Airsoft, even ranging into batteries of double what we would consider a high voltage battery.

If you aren't going to be using a battery for some time, the B6 can also provide what is known as a "storage charge" for Lithium batteries to ensure the battery does not become unbalanced or fully discharged over long durations. You can also set a time limit or capacity limit so charging will be terminated automatically before the capacity of the battery is exceeded. For NiMH and Ni-Cad batteries, you can also limit the charging current via the B6's settings to give them the exact amount of juice they need at the right rate.

Adding to the expansive range of functions, the B6 also allows for storing the battery data of up to 5 batteries so you can quickly choose from pre-set settings for the 5 most common batteries you use and get charging much quicker, having only done the programming once!

The Ghost B6 is very much a charger for the pros, and to fully understand how to get the most out of it we recommend giving the included user manual a thorough read-through before use, and keeping it handy until you are fluent. As with any battery charger, we advise that you don't ever leave the B6 charging while unattended and that charging is carried out in a fire-safe area, preferably a Battery Charging Bag

Size guide

Airsoft Battery should only be charged with the chargers as they are specifically designed to work with the specific voltages required by the battery.

Different battery types have different chemical configurations, and require certain chargers to charge them. Charging a battery with the wrong charger can cause damage to the battery and charger, and can cause fires and further damage. Please ensure that before charging you double check that you are using the correct charger.

If your charger supports multiple battery types always ensure that it is on the correct settings before starting the charge.

We always recommend charging LiPos and other batteries in a charging bag.
