Vector Optics Victoptics 1x35 RD Scope
Vector Optics represent a perfect compromise on quality vs affordability, making this brand ideally suited for the new Airsofter looking for their first optics experience. Vectors 1x35 RD scope, whilst basic, is surprisingly feature-packed. Don't be fooled by imitations on other sites, here at Patrol Base we only sell what we would be willing to use in a skirmish. The Vector 1x35 RDS offers 5 levels of brightness adjustment for both red and green dot modes. Optimized for shorter range engagements (i.e all airsoft engagements) the Sight features a 5MOA Target Dot, meaning it will cover 5" of space at 100 yards but will be easier to pick up quickly when snap shooting. The sights' enclosed design, coupled with its robust alloy construction means this sight will survive a moderate fall, unlike unprotected reflex sights. It has an integrated low Picatinny mount, meaning you don't need anything else to mount this RDS to your Airsoft gun. It even includes rubber lens covers so you can keep the dust out when it's not in use
Patrol Base Standard CQB Red Dot Sight With Low Mount
Our very own CQB RDS is there to provide a military-style optic for those on a tighter budget. With a 32mm objective lens, included high mount and 5 Levels of brightness adjustment you will not be short of functionality with this optic! The raised mount is designed to line up with an AR15 front sight post, allowing a so-called "co-witness" of the two sighting systems, reducing the time it takes to find the dot and align it with the target and ensuring you don't fall victim to an optics phenomenon known as "parallax", which will be covered in a future blog post. Aluminium construction keeps the weight of this optic down whilst allowing it a respectable level of drop resistance. The removable mount also makes use of a magnifier a possibility should it suit the mission and allows the user to purchase different mounts to suit their specific needs such as adjusting the optics height to keep it in line with the eye when wearing a large face mask such as the DYE type. This is a larger optic than sporting style sights of the same lens diameter, similar in design to an Aimpoint M2/3 type RDS, meaning it looks much more at home on Mid-large sized AEGs. The PB CQB RDS also comes complete with flip-up lens covers, ensuring the Red dot sight is kept in ready-to-use condition during transportation and storage.
NUPROL WeTech 887 Holographic Sight
An Airsoft replica of the Eotech 557 Holographic Sight used by Militaries and Special forces branches across the world, the NUPROL 887 Holographic sight would look right at home as a part of a Military style build. The NUPROL 887 is a high-quality optic optimal for CQB skirmishes, with the Eotech style reticle providing a large ring to use as an aiming point for extremely fast close-range shooting as well as a precise dot in the center for longer ranged targets. The design of the 887 provides superb drop resistance, with an alloy shield protecting the delicate lenses underneath. 5 levels of adjustment for both the red and green modes of operation allow the NUPROL 887 to be useful in all brightness conditions and environments. The CR123a batteries are quickly accessible for changing via a lever on the top of the sight without the use of tools. VORTEX CROSSFIRE Red Dot Sight
The brand VORTEX represents the absolute pinnacle in Airsoft optics which are also rated to handle the recoil of real 5.56mm rifles. Jam-packed with features and also offering a lifetime warranty for any type of damage which inhibits the sights function (including accidental), the CROSSFIRE is yours for life, not just until someone shoots it out! VORTEX glass offers reasonable pricing in exchange for optics which are increasingly finding their way into the hands of real shooters and tactical training companies due to their robust nature and modern, ergonomic design. The VORTEX CROSSFIRE is styled after the modern and popular Aimpoint Mirco T1/2, the current "in vogue" optic for the C-Clamp crew. It isn't all about trends though, the Crossfire comes complete with high and low mounting options in the box and its design gives the user a decent-sized objective lens without the tradeoff of losing field of view around the optic. This gives the Crossfire the edge when shooting with both eyes open, which is the commonly accepted most effective way to shoot with RDS. The Vector Optics AGN 1-6x24 fills the role of a reasonably priced Low power Variable optic capable of being used both at close range on 1x magnification and longer range, with the magnification scaling from 1-6x! It features 5 levels of brightness adjustment for both red and green illumination meaning you will always be able to pick up your reticule. With exceptional optical clarity for the price point, the AGN 1-6x24 can provide a multi-role solution when coupled with a QD mount, providing a woodland skirmish-oriented optic to pop onto your AEG in seconds. The ultra-wide field of view, coupled with a massive 4" of eye relief means after shooting from unconventional positions using the AGN 1-6x24 you won't have to have post-skirmish spinal re-adjustment surgery from trying to see down less forgiving optics! The locking adjustment knobs mean once you have zeroed this optic it will stay that way, short of your intentional adjustments.
VORTEX Strike Eagle 1-6x24
The big daddy LPVO -The VORTEX Strike Eagle 1-6x24 marries the exceptional quality VORTEX optics are known for with the functionality of a highly adjustable LPVO. Machined from a single piece of Aircraft-grade aluminium and combined with a lifetime warranty, VORTEX are confident you cannot break this, to the point that they will give you a new one if you do! Note: This is not a challenge! The Strike Eagle is a Second Focal Plane design, meaning the Reticule and Subtensions maintain accuracy at the highest magnification. The lenses on the Strike Eagle are made from extra low-dispersion glass and are fully multi-coated to increase light transmission, providing the expected unrivaled clarity from VORTEX optics. The Glass Etched AR-BDC (Bullet drop compensator) type reticule allows for multifunctional use either at close-range, to stand in for a Red dot sight, or at longer range, without changing zero. Theta Optics Gunner 4×45A scope
A replica of the ELCAN M145C Combat scope, the Theta Optics Gunner provides fixed 4x Zoom with SUSAT-style robust adjustment built into the mount, and a massive 45mm objective lens providing an unparalleled field of view. Vector Optics Flip to Side Magnifier 3x/5x

VORTEX CROSSFIRE II 3-9x40 Riflescope with V-Plex Reticle
A Vortex scope? I can't afford that! I hear you say. The CROSSFIRE II from Vortex provides a decent entry-level to the Vortex range of variable magnification scopes. A significant step up from the vast majority of other sniper scopes, the Vortex CROSSFIRE II has to be seen to be believed. Offering 3-9x magnification with a 40mm objective lense, this configuration provides a perfect airsoft sniper scope. Where it differs from scopes provided with some rifles is in its exceptional build quality, optical clarity, and additional functions you won't find on other scopes. You can zero this optic, lock the zero in, then adjust on the fly with the option to return to your original zero easily using the capped reset turrets.
