- Brand new & unused
- No guarantee of full functionality
- No warranty - The price reflects this!
These CYMA/EMG CM.102 SGR-12 Tri-Shot Shotguns found their way to the Boneyard due to generally poor quality control. These are brand new guns, unused and never shot but we can make no guarantees of proper functionality. As with all Boneyard items, these do not have a warranty and are sold as spare parts, wall hangers or props.

- Brand new & unused
- Pristine condition
- Leaky shells
These Real Wood Double Barrel Break Action Shotguns are in the Boneyard due to their leaky shells. The guns themselves are brand new and in pristine condition, just the provided shells don't seem to want to hold gas. If you're wanting a fantastic display piece of a platform very rarely seen in Airsoft, one of these is for you!
- Brand new & unused
- (Should be) fully functional
- Slightly bent barrel
This beautiful Real Wood AKM GBBR is in the Boneyard due to its very slightly bent barrel. If you don't have an OCD, you won't even notice. We have used the original product images because the bend isn't even visible when imaged, only if you look very closely.
- (Should Be) Functional
- Handguard & barrel droops
- Almost like-new
This replica was returned to us because of its downward bending handguard and barrel. Due to the nature of this issue, we advise that a replacement is fitted for both, as firing your replica forwards just for your BBs to land right in front of you doesn't sound too fun. Droop aside, shooting this through our chronograph presented us with a 340 FPS reading using 0.20g BBs, so you can skirmish this straight out of the box! But once again, we'd recommend that the drooping issue is resolved.
- (Should be) functional
- Scratches on bolt
- Original packaging
Ex-display; functionally this replica is completely fine other than the wear on the bolt. This would be a perfect sidearm for those that are going for an authentic WW1 German loadout. Do take note that due to being powered by CO2 and having no adjustment for power output; this replica is not site legal as it's shooting 390 FPS +/-10%.
- Imitation bolt lock broken
- (Should be) still fully functional
- Great external condition
An absolutely stunning replica, this Tokyo Marui SCAR-L has found its way to the Boneyard due to its imitation bolt lock no longer working - this means that where the platform would previously have stopped firing upon magazine emptiness, it no longer will and you'll have to actually let go of the trigger. A fix was attempted using 3D printed parts, but could unfortunately not resolve the problem. Aside from that, it's still fully functional and in great external condition.
- (Should be) functional
- Skirmish ready
- Potential ETU issues
We're unsure why this platform was returned to us. During testing, its ETU was initially in set-up mode, which we can only assume a fault with it may be in play, or the gearbox has at one point been opened up for a potential attempted repair. The gun is fully functional, and whilst going through our chronograph gave us results of 330 FPS with 0.20g BBs. With minimal to no faults obvious, this platform is ready to skirmish when you are!
- (Should be) Functional
- No UKARA Required
- Pre Two-Tone Blue
This CM16 Wild Hog has found its way to the boneyard after a long run as a Two-Tone example/display piece in our Showroom. The gun itself should be fully functional and in an almost brand-new condition, aside from the now painted exterior and potential slight wear from touch.
- (Should Be) Functional
- Pre-two tone
- Missing magazine
This rare find seems to be fully functional out of the box, shooting at around 325 FPS on 0.20g BBs. It's unknown if there were/are any issues with the gun, but it certainly doesn't seem like it... for now. Note that Boneyard items can always have more issues down the line than we're aware of. As per the special instructions of the gun, this replica will not fire with a 9.6v NiMh battery but works perfectly fine with a 7.4v LiPo. The magazine usually provided in the box is missing.
- (Should be) functional
- Externally mint
- Broken stock
This SMG is fully functional, just the stock has broken apart. All original parts (as far as we know) are still present, so it'd just require understanding of how it goes back together. There is some damage to the position slots, but other than that, this replica is pretty clean!
Note that the included magazines have been previously reported to commonly run into feeding issues due to their dual feed system. You may not experience this, but it's something to consider as possible later down the line.
- HOP Issue
- Non-Original Packaging
- Externally Worn
This KRISS® Vector Gas Blowback Airsoft Replica is in our Boneyard due to an issue with its HOP. No matter any adjustments made, the spread of this thing basically renders it unusable in-game. The platform also shows significant signs of use, with external wear visible across the entire thing. The original flash hider is missing, and has since been replaced with a standard birdcage.
The packaging for this replica is also nowhere to be seen, so you unfortunately won't have a KRYTAC box to add to your under-bed stash...
- Non-functional
- Valve knocker reset broken
- Inconsistent FPS
This EU-Series Pistol has a broken valve knocker reset. Due to this, the replica will go into full auto depending on how long the trigger is held for. Given this, the replica cannot be skirmished due to consistency issues in its current state. We're deeming this replica non-functional as it is, and recommend the knocker is replaced immediately.
- (Should be) Functional
- Feeding issues
- Broken mock bolt
This shotgun was returned to us with a pump arm that tends to "jam up". We did not experience this issue in our testing, though we cannot guarantee it won't re-emerge in the future. Shells also apparently don't feed well into this replica, which does seem to be the case. When firing, we had around 2 BBs shoot and then 3-4 roll out of the inner barrel afterwards. The final issue discovered is the mock bolt cover is broken and will freely move by itself. It will still travel when you pump the action though.
- Non-functional
- Perfect wall-hanger
- Missing magazine
From testing, this replica is non-functional. We believe that when racking the bolt, there is nothing cocking the spring, meaning you can continuously rack it but no BBs will be discharged (apart from ones stuck in the hop unit which will simply roll out). Apart from this, the rifle is in relatively decent condition so would make for a great wall hanger. It must also be noted that the magazine usually included with the replica is missing.
- Cracked receiver
- Wobbly barrel assembly
- Good wall hanger
This replica was returned to us with a cracked receiver. The crack is located towards the end of the receiver on the right side, and is significant enough to where the barrel assembly wobbles. We advise against using the replica as the damage is likely to worsen, and the rifle may break entirely. This thing would work better as a display piece or prop for the SVD fans out there...
- Snapped receiver
- Non-functional
- Good for spare parts
This replica is in the Boneyard with a snapped receiver. It is unrepairable, so is recommended to those who could benefit from having some spare SVD parts...
- Fully functional
- Misaligned front sight
- Perfect for beginners!
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a manufacturing issue regarding the front sight - it appears that it's been attached at an angle towards the right so the sights don't lineup whatsoever. Other than this, the replica is fully functional firing at a consistent 250 FPS +/- 10% on .2 BBs (this applies to both tri and single shot via manually loading BBs into the replica).
Ultimately this replica is perfect if you're after a cheap shotgun and not too bothered about the cosmetics as you could throw on a top rail of some sort and put a red dot on the rail.
- Doesn't rack / fire
- Non-functional
- Good prop or display piece
This shotgun doesn't rack or feed, and therefore doesn't fire. This could potentially be fixed by those of you with some technical knowledge but for now, it is being sold as non-functional. Cosmetically, the shotgun is in fantastic condition with little to no marks or scratches to be seen, so it could make for a fantastic prop or display piece.
- Non-functional
- Jammed action
- Untested
This shotgun's action is jammed up - when you are able to free this, regardless of what you do you cannot cock the spring to fire the replica. The feed ramp release linkage is also broken, so you cannot access the chamber of the replica in order to load a shell. Ultimately, this replica may be better suited as a wall hanger / display piece.
- Non-functional
- Bolt jams
- Two-tone green
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to an issue with the bolt - it appears it jams after a short amount of travel ultimately resulting in the replica not being functional as it cannot cock the spring properly. This replica was also a two-tone though the paint is a little worn but still counts as two-tone so this could be a decent project sniper even if you don't have UKARA!
- Leaky magazine
- Untested
- Missing hex key
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue regarding the magazine leaking; this will most likely be the knocker valve that has dried o-rings and may just need some lubrication or worst case scenario, the o-ring is damage and would need to be replaced. The slide is currently jammed so disassembly/assembly would be quite difficult.
Another thing to note is that the magazine is quite difficult to release - the easiest way to remove the magazine is to lock the slide back and push the magazine from the top.
- Leaky magazine
- Untested
- Damaged box
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue regarding the magazine leaking; this will most likely be the knocker valve that has dried o-rings and may just need some lubrication or worst case scenario, the o-ring is damage and would need to be replaced. Ultimately this could be an easy fix however there may be other issues present as we're unable to test the replica. The slide is currently jammed so disassembly/assembly would be quite difficult.
- Non-functional
- Unknown fault(s)
- Two-tone green
This replica is in the Boneyard as it doesn't work for unknown reasons. We have attempted to test it with several different batteries, but it just doesn't fire. This could be a good husk to pillage remaining functional parts from, or a prop for those wanting a MAC-10 in their collection - after all, the Two-Tone green means a UKARA or other defence will not be required upon purchase!
- Non-functional
- Unknown fault
- Two-tone red

- Non-functional
- Various issues
- Untested
This replica is dead. We're unsure why this is exactly, but if you've got some quiet rainy evenings coming up this winter, maybe you can find out! There is a rip on the negative wire insulation, so this would be need to be repaired to avoid shorting the replica if it were to contact anything metallic. Another fault with this replica are the snapped front tabs on its upper receiver.
We recommend this iconic SMG replica serve as a wall-hanger, prop, or a husk to pull spare parts from.
- Non-functional
- Unknown fault
- Great prop
This replica is in the Boneyard as it doesn't work for unknown reasons; the stock is also damaged and does not lock into any positions. We have attempted to test it with several different batteries, but it doesn't fire. This could be a good husk to pillage remaining functional parts from or a prop for those wanting a MAC-10 in their collection.
- Missing magazine latch
- Low FPS
- Damaged receiver
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to varying issues regarding externals as well as an FPS issue - first of which is the magazine latch is missing. The housing for the dust cover latch is partially damage which is allowing the latch to move out of place, causing it to get stuck when trying to remove the dust cover; making it difficult to reach the battery compartment. Regarding the FPS issue, we were seeing 190 FPS +/- 10% on .2 BB's so this could be severely poor airseal or something much worse which will require further investigation.
- (Should be) Functional
- Torn hop rubber
- Missing shells
A hop rubber in one of this shotgun's barrels is torn, ultimately freeing the associated barrel which has fallen out. This could be an easy fix and/or potential upgrade if the other 2 barrels get a fresh rubber too. The shotgun is still fully functional and in good external condition. It is however also missing the shells required to shoot though, so replacements for those would have to be sourced.
- Double/triple feeding
- Loose handguard
- Minor scratches
This replica is being sold as a Boneyard due to it double feeding, sometimes even triple feeding. This could potentially be fixed by those of you with some technical knowledge but for now it is being sold as dysfunctional. A grub screw is also missing that would hold the handguard in place, as a result, it is loose.
Cosmetically the gun shows minor scratches on the barrel, but for the most part the rifle is in great condition! It must be noted that the magazine originally provided with this replica is missing, so a replacement or two will need sourcing if you intend to get this thing back up and running again.
Manually feeding the replica, we were seeing around a 505 FPS average using 0.20g BBs, so even if you were to source a magazine and fix the feeding issue, you'll need to downgrade the spring in the platform in order to use it at a skirmish.
