- Full metal construction
- 6.04mm Tightbore inner barrel
- The biggest rifle on site, guaranteed!
If size matters to you, the ST200 will be right up your street! This absolutely massive Sniper Rifle replica is patterned after the real steel Cheytac M-200 Intervention rifle chambered in the whopping .408 CheyTac cartridge, offering better accuracy and range than even the Barrett M82! This rifle has a special place in all our hearts thanks to its starring role in the movie Shooter(2007), alongside Mark Wahlberg.
The S&T replica is constructed almost entirely from CNC-machined aluminium with the trim parts being steel and the ergonomic "Target" grip made from high density polymer. Amongst the ST200's tricks are the ability to be quickly disassembled, compatibility with AEG standard upgrade springs, inner barrels and HOP-up buckings and rocking an integral Bipod and Monopod, allowing this hefty beast to be supported properly for improved accuracy and stability.
Make no mistake, this rifle is absolutely huge and very, very heavy; tipping the scales at a massive 7KG unloaded and without a scope, and measuring in at 1.4 meters fully deployed. You have to be a special kind of Airsofter to run one of these in a skirmish, but if you have what it takes, here is your chance!

Description
The S&T ST200 Sniper Rifle is based on the Cheytac M-200 Intervention rifle, designed to engage infantry targets and ranges beyond that of conventional sniper rifles. The M-200 is chambered in the .408 Cheytac cartridge, differing from the .50 cal used in the Barrett M82 in that it is designed from scratch as a sniper rifle round, rather than a heavy machine gun round. This meant sniper rifle like accuracy with .50 cal power, and the ability to engage at ranges beyond 2KM.
Those who have seen Shooter (2007) will recognise the Intervention as the rifle used by Bob Lee Swagger (Mark Wahlberg). While there were plenty of cool guns in the movie, we all know that the Intervention was the real star of the show!
Starting at the front of this seriously looooong rifle we have a sizeable muzzle brake, giving the Intervention an intimidating look, especially if you are staring down the barrel! The muzzle brake attaches to the barrel via female threads but unfortunately, no adapter is currently available for suppressors or tracer units.
Moving rearwards we come to the barrel, which is long and thick in profile. The barrel has a ridge built-in which serves as a mounting point for the real steel Cheytac suppressor. This suppressor does not yet exist in Airsoft form but it is nonetheless a nice feature for realism that S&T included this part. The barrel is also fluted, and although most of the fluting is hidden beneath the handguard it still does its job of shaving off extra weight and matching the looks of the real Intervention rifle perfectly.
Next up, we reach the handguard which serves as a mounting point for the integral Bipod and also provides a short section of 20mm Picatinny rail at the 12 o'clock position. This rail section is in the perfect spot to mount a RunCam scope camera but could also be used to mount a PEQ or DBAL laser. The bipod legs are supplied separately from the rifle in its hard storage case but can be installed by simply aligning the captive mounting screws with the threaded holes on the bipod mount and tightening them down.
The bipod itself can be folded up for storage, with each leg being independently foldable via the button at the top of each. The leg length can also be adjusted via the bottom at the bottom of each leg, by holding the button down, pulling the leg out to your desired length and releasing the button to lock the leg in place. This button is also spring-loaded, meaning when it is time to relocate in classic sniper style, all you need to do is hit the button and the leg will shoot back up into the stowed position. Having independently adjustable legs makes the Intervention great for setting up on uneven ground, allowing you to adjust until the rifle is flat and level for maximum accuracy.
Moving rearwards, we come to the integral carry handle of the Intervention which is unconventionally positioned on the bottom of the rifle. Unlike many Airsoft carry handles used on big rifles (the Barrett springs to mind), this carry handle is extremely strong and absolutely capable of supporting the weight of the fully loaded Intervention, no matter how big your chosen optic is. The carry handle is constructed from CNC machined aluminium and has finger ridges built in to reduce fatigue and improve comfort. The carry handle can also be used as a vertical grip for the odd occasion you will fire this rifle in the standing position, helping keep the immense weight and size of the Intervention under control.
As we reach the receiver we can take note of the ring at the front and the keyring-like protrusion on the rear of the carry handle. These parts form the quick takedown feature of the Intervention rifle, an essential feature when it comes to storing and transporting this beast. To remove the barrel and forend you will need to unscrew the barrel nut ring, and once it is loose you can then pull the ringed disassembly pin out against its spring, rotate the carry handle by 90 degrees and the whole front end will come off.
The receiver itself is constructed from CNC machined aluminium, as with most of the rifle. Layout-wise, the controls mimic the M700 sniper rifle system which forms the basis for the M24 and M40 rifles, as well as the Airsoft VSR-10. The safety catch is located just in front of the bolt handle, providing a trigger lock when the catch is in the foremost or rearmost position, with the "fire" position in the middle.
The bolt handle protrudes from the right side, like most bolt action rifles, but is considerably larger both to match the size of the Intervention and to make it easier to grab. The bolt only comes back about 1/3 of the chamber length in this replica which is a shame for realism but essential for in game performance. A shorter bolt pull means faster follow-up shots and less movement to cock the rifle. Any sniper worth his salt knows the less you move when in the perfect sniper's hide, the less likely you are to be spotted.
The magazine release is centrally positioned beneath the receiver, offering a prominent ambidextrous mag release with texture on the surface to guarantee grip. The magazine itself is appropriately sized for the .408 Cheytac cartridge the real rifle fires and is constructed with a steel shell and polymer internals. You will need very large magazine pouches for these mags, so we recommend using a utility pouch or dangler to carry them. As a guide, each magazine measures approximately 12.3cm x 16cm, but given that each mag holds a respectable 60 BBs, you may not even need a spare!
Just to the rear of the magazine well, we come to the pistol grip which is an ergonomic "Target" style pistol grip which is shaped to support the hand perfectly and even has an adjustable palm rest at the base. The palm rest can be adjusted via the thumb screw on the left side, allowing it to be raised, lowered, tilted or removed entirely if you prefer a more low-profile grip.
The stock is a sliding adjustable example, similarly designed to the original M14 EBR stock, making use of two alloy bars to provide adjustment. The length of pull can be adjusted and set to 6 different positions, allowing for different body types and bulky body armour vests. The button to adjust the stock is located on the left side of the receiver, on the stock bar. The shortest adjustment level is designed for storage and transportation, and as such, obstructs the bolt and prevents it from being pulled. The stock also has a comfortable rubber butt plate which is perfect, as without it, it would be a lot of work to keep this hefty rifle shouldered in wet weather.
Contained within the stock is a folding integral monopod which pairs well with the bipod up front, allowing you to set the Intervention up with maximum stability to enhance accuracy and give you less weight to support! The Monopod can be deployed when the stock is extended by holding the button on the left side of the stock down, after which it can be folded out. Also on the stock is a steel sling mount which can be paired with an aftermarket front sling point mounted to the front rail. If you plan on keeping a relatively mobile playstyle, a sling for this bad boy is essential!
On the inside, the ST200 Intervention is equipped with a reinforced copper cylinder finished with a grey patina, reducing friction and providing corrosion resistance for a long lifespan and reduced parts wear. The main spring, HOP-up bucking and inner barrel are AEG compatible, meaning if you require more performance to justify the Intervention's humongous form and hefty weight you have access to some of the best inner barrel and HOP-up bucking upgrades on the market. Inner barrels of up to 600mm can be used inside the ST200, meaning the accuracy potential of this rifle is off the chart when fully upgraded, especially when fitted with the perfect HOP-up bucking!
So, whether you are looking for a man cave dominating wall hanger to make all your friends gasp in awe or you want to be the CHAD of the skirmish with one of the heftiest and most challenging skirmish platforms out there, the S&T ST200 Intervention is the right tool for the job. With flawless build quality making use of CNC machined aluminium throughout and being compatible with AEG upgrade springs, HOP-up buckings and inner barrels make the ST200 a serious looker with the option to max it out for pure performance!

Joule Charts
Special Instructions
These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.
This table should be used for reference, and cannot be used to check one weight against another, as the weight of the BB affects the power.
In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
Every time you change weights you will need to re-chrono and check against the table. This is not a conversion chart between weights.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, and is the equivalent of 350fps, using 0.20g BB resulting in an upper limit of 1.14j.
