With full metal construction, the STEN MK.II AEG is the perfect weapon of choice for the history loving Airsofter.

Full description

Description

Used extensively by British and Commonwealth forces throughout World War II, The STEN MK.II is the most common variant of the STEN Gun family, with roughly two million produced throughout the conflict.

STEN guns were of simple design, quick to produce with extremely low production cost. This makes them effective in the hands of shooters of any skill or training level, ideal for insurgency and resistance groups such as OSS and the French resistance.

This 6mm Airsoft replica lets you relive a part of history, should you be re-enacting or participating in World War II-themed skirmishes. With the AGM you can really look the part as the replica is realistic thanks to its steel/alloy construction and 1:1 scale to its real-world counterpart.

The steel externals give this replica a realistic look, weight and feel, mimicking real STEN perfectly. STENs were rapidly built in factories and even bicycle repair shops, often cobbled together from whatever parts were available at the time, this Airsoft Gun replicates this haphazard manner of assembly perfectly without being rough around the edges.

The open bolt design replicates the original with a fixed firing pin on the front of the bolt. The main difference between the AGM replica and its real-world counterpart is that the magazine is constructed from high-density polymer, however, it retains its low-capacity design with 50rnd capacity. If you want more capacity, check out the 120rnd Mid-cap for the STEN

Featuring a simplified barrel sleeve, protruding barrel and magazine guard assemblies of the MK.II STEN with the simplified Fixed Tubular T Stock of the MK.1* STEN, this STEN replica is flawlessly authentic. Just like the real MK.II, you can rotate the magazine well into the vertical position for storage by pulling the retaining catch on the front of the magazine well. The STEN is packaged in this configuration in the box, and to get going you'll need to pull the catch and rotate the magwell over to the left side before inserting your magazine.

The Stock is fixed in place during use; however, it can be removed to access the internal battery compartment. At the rear of the receiver, you'll notice the only historically inaccurate feature on the STEN; the Allen bolt. Unscrewing this bolt allows the stock to slide off, and inside you will find a mini-Tamya battery connector. We recommend a 7.4V 1300mAh 25C LiPo Stick Battery as it will fit nicely on the rear of the gun. The controls of the STEN are simple; there is no Fire Selector or Safety setting, and the no-frills Iron Sights are fixed in place.

Forget all your modern tactical railed kit and other contemporary nonsense! It's time to get back to basics. The STEN MK.2 AEG is the perfect platform of choice for the history-loving Airsofter, it fantastic is in both realistic construction and functionality on the field for both re-enacting and historical skirmishers alike.

Special Instructions

Please note that this Airsoft Gun does not feature a Safety or a Semi Automatic function. Just like the real thing, once loaded the AGM STEN RIFLE MK.2 is ready to shoot and will only fire on Fully Automatic when the trigger is pulled.  While some may commend this as an impressive replication of an authentic design feature, it does create something of a safety concern. We strongly recommend not connecting the Battery or inserting a Magazine until absolutely necessary.
