A&K M60 VN With Electric Drum Magazine

First appearing in U.S arsenals in 1957, and still serving in a variety of modified and updated forms to this day, the M60 is a 7.62 x 51mm NATO general purpose machine gun (GPMG). Constructed realistically almost entirely from alloy, this heavy-weight Airsoft replica is based on ‘The Pig’, the iconic Vietnam War era version of the M60. Complete with a bipod and a shoulder brace, the box-magazine fed M60 AEG is perfect for those Airsofters wanting to ensure that the opposition ‘get some’.

As a GPMG the M60 is designed to be able to be fired from a fixed and prone position. The replica prominently features a folding and adjustable bipod, mounted beneath the barrel and heatshield assembly. Just like the real thing, the bipod is connected to the M60’s gas block and barrel. Both bipod legs are height adjustable, and the bipod can rotate and traverse, allowing users to set up an excellent field of fire over the Airsoft skirmish site. To ensure that users can control the weapon and keep it stable, a folding wire shoulder brace is built into the butt-stock.

A&K’s M60 replica is fed from a 2500 round electronically wound box magazine, which ensures that users have a suitably large amount of ammunition ready for use in-game and will be able to put up a near-impenetrable wall of fire on the skirmish field. A rather unique feature of this replica is that the rate of fire can be adjusted! The rod assembly in the gas block and under the barrel allows users to adjust the rate of fire, a function based on a design feature of the real M60. 

The alloy flash hider is removable, revealing standard Airsoft 14mm counter clockwise (CCW) threading. This allows users to install a wide variety of Airsoft muzzle devices and customise their M60, from mock suppressors, to amplifiers and even tracer units.

Special Instructions:

The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.
