If a DMR is on the cards, the Delta Armory DA-A20-EGL ALPHA™ TEMPEST 2 M4/AR-15 AEG is a fantastic choice on which to base your build! Boasting full metal construction and plenty of pre-upgraded internal parts, this M4/AR-15 AEG platform is rocking a lengthy 16-inch outer barrel, giving it the appropriate looks to suit a DMR build.
To make matters all the sweeter, the inner barrel is a 6.03mm tightbore measuring 420mm in length and the pre-installed EAGLE MOSFET allows you to program the trigger for semi-automatic only. Coupled with its quick-change spring system, the TEMPEST 2 is probably one of the easiest DMR conversions out there! Amongst the EAGLE's other tricks, we have the option to use burst modes of various durations, binary trigger, sniper delay, AUG mode, pre-cocking, trigger sensitivity and active braking.
For any long-range oriented build, the DA-A20-EGL ALPHA™ TEMPEST 2 M4/AR-15 AEG would make a fantastic starting point but is already very well equipped to compete as it comes. If you're looking for a medium-range optic with the option to zoom out and handle targets at short range, the Delta Armory 1-4X24RG LPVO Rifle Scope does exactly that. This magnified riflescope is an LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic), meaning it offers variable magnification from 1x up to 4x, ideal for short and medium-range engagements mounted on an assault rifle, DMR or sniper rifle.
The 1-4X24RG offers windage and elevation adjustment via a pair of capped turrets, along with a choice of red or green reticle illumination in 5 brightness settings and a fast focus dial at the rear of the eyebell so you can get a clear view at different engagement ranges. These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
Every time you change weights you will need to re-chrono and check against the table. This is not a conversion chart between weights.
