To use this magazine with HPA lines, instead of swapping the whole magazine when out of ammo, you can purchase separate quick-detach BB tubes. By pulling the tab rearwards on the bottom of the magazine you can remove the internal BB tube and then insert another one. The magazine indexes at the rear and rocks in to lock at the front, similarly to an AK or FAL platform but backwards. The magazine release is located on the front of the mag, taking the form of a button. To fill the mag, you will need to remove the rear plate to expose the fill window by squeezing the two tabs on either side of the central "bar" on the rear plate and removing it, together with its internal spring. Remove the entire assembly, pour your BBs into the mag,  reinstall the rear plate and you are ready to shoot!

If you're planning to run your Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa GBB on HPA, the Lancer Tactical HPA Adapter for M4/AR-15 AEG Magazines; TM Hi-Capa GBB will improve your firepower considerably!

This HPA adapter is designed for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa GBB series and may fit Hi-Capa clones based on the TM design, though we can't make any guarantees. Many people convert their Hi-Capa pistols to HPA to reach a BB capacity close to this, well, don't they look silly now! This WE 350rnd Green Gas Drum Magazine allows you to fire 350rnds without being interrupted by having to swap magazines. No HPA modifications are needed, just a big old drum mag! It is designed for WE Hi-Capa pistols but may work with others, though compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

The magazine is constructed with a hefty alloy gas reservoir with a high-density polymer drum with rubber shock bumpers and an external winding wheel on the front which is easy to wind quickly with or without gloves. The sizeable gas reservoir of this magazine means in most cases you will easily be able to dump the full magazine without a refill, so if you want to run a pistol only this will provide you with more than enough firepower!

If you need mags for your AK and you like them modern, the Specna Arms S-Mag is a fine choice. This variant of the S-Mag is constructed from strong high-density polymer and designed for the Specna Arms J-series but will also fit and feed in most other Airsoft AK AEGs. Being a spring-loaded mid-cap, this magazine won't rattle as you run but boasts a respectable 175 BB capacity so you can shoot more and rack up more kills. 

Loading the S-Mag is the same process as with other mid-caps: fill through the fill/feed port at the top of the magazine using an Airsoft speed loader or loading tool. The external shell of the S-Mag also boasts SA texture on each side to improve grip and provide unique looks.
