If you're looking for an affordable long-range AR with a unique modern look, the DA-A09 ALPHA™ from Delta Armory is one to watch. This M4/AR-15 AEG is based on real steel LVOA-style AR-15s, boasting a 16.2-inch outer barrel and handguard along with an equally long 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel, ideal for outdoor skirmishing or a DMR build.
Inside the DA-A09, we are treated to the same pre-upgraded internal parts as the other offerings in Delta's ALPHA™ line, including a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel, CNC Type A trigger, rotary HOP-up unit and an upgraded piston, delayer chip and tappet plate from SHS.
The result of these premium parts is an AEG which shoots far better than one would expect for the price with full TM compatibility for the upgrade addicts. Whether you decide to wack a big scope on it and get to work or instead build it out into a fully-fledged DMR, the DA-A09 makes a fantastic outdoor skirmishing platform!

The VZ.58 is not an AK, do not get confused! It may share some silhouette similarities but the VZ.58 is a unique platform that was the standard service rifle for the Slovakian military from 1959 to 1984. This Delta Armory replica is licensed by the Real Steel Firearms company Czech Small Arms which is the only manufacturer of SA VZ.58 rifles. The DA-VZ58 is based on the SA VZ.58 Sporter Carbine except with a longer outer barrel. The trademarks to indicate this can be found on the AEG.
Internally, the DA-VZ58 features some of the high-quality pre-upgraded Delta Armory internals such as an EFCS programmable MOSFET 18:1 ratio steel gears, a quick change spring system, a unique gearbox design and a high torque motor. The EFCS MOSFET allows the fire modes to be reprogrammed for burst modes and semi-auto only using the Ares EFCS programmer (available separately) and also features a low-voltage cutoff function, protecting your battery from being damaged if the voltage drops too low.
