8Fields Tactical 3-Day Assault Backpack; 36L

This bag has an incredible amount of storage, room for everything in your loadout except the guns themselves, except sidearms of course. It is constructed from 1000D Polyester with a water-resistant PU finish, meaning it should resist all but the most relentless rain or snow downpours. Its 25-litre internal capacity will be enough space to fit most Airsoft equipment, hiking gear, or a laptop and accessories.

The backpack is made up of the main bag and three additional pouches, attached to the main bag via MOLLE webbing. The extra pouches are perfect for storing smaller items like maps, spare magazines, tool kits or power banks. The large centre pouch has four different compartments, one large main compartment, one front compartment and two side compartments. This means you can split up your gear effectively so you know exactly where it all is rather than it getting jumbled up in one big pocket.

The side pockets feature a single pocket, the perfect size for a mobile phone or can of energy drink (a battlefield necessity). They are attached to the bag via MOLLE but also have their own MOLLE sections on the outside of the pouches. This means you can attach extra pouches or MOLLE attachments if you somehow need even more storage with this backpack.

Moving onto the backpack itself, there are two compartments on this backpack, so you can maintain some organisation. One compartment features hooks for hanging a water bladder. There is also a Velcro patch just above this with a slit in it, so you can run the bladder tube up and out of your backpack. This pairs well with the D-rings on the bag straps, you can keep your bladder tube secure in an accessible place so it's easy to rehydrate, no matter where you are!

The lumbar area of this backpack sports thick padding, maintaining comfort with a variety of loads inside and preventing those awkwardly shaped objects from poking you in the back and causing irritation. The two straps are also padded and fully adjustable, complete with D-rings and comms/hydration tube routing loops to keep everything neat.

It is also equipped with MOLLE webbing on the upper rear, allowing additional MOLLE pouches to be added if you so wish. Thanks to its high stitch density and water-repellent surface, this bag, constructed from 1000 denier Nylon, will keep its contents dry in all but the heaviest downpours. Naturally, we don't recommend going swimming in this backpack, but for short durations of rain, your kit should stay safe and dry inside. For very valuable items, we always recommend taking further waterproofing precautions if taking them out all day in the lovely English weather!

All in all, if you need a backpack with plenty of storage, you're going to be hard-pressed to find one better than this! The 8Fields Tactical 3-Day Assault Backpack; 36L is an excellent backpack for those who like to bring kit for any possible disaster, it's better to be prepared for anything rather than not being able to fit a crucial bit of kit in a smaller backpack.
