PARRA No. 529 Boomslang Hard Case

The Boomslang Case from PARRA has a compact design that is easy to stow away when travelling, or to carry on you personally to keep sensitive equipment such as Cameras and Drones free from Water, Dust, Shock and other external elements such as Extreme Temperature. The case has compact and convenient overall dimensions, that make it perfect for carrying on your person or neatly stacking in storage. This makes it ideal for items such as Hard Drives and Drones, that need to be kept close at hand but with maximum protection from both impacts and the elements. The strength of the Boomslang Case is made possible thanks to its Polypropylene (PP) + Glass Fibre construction and reinforced sections, giving it the durability it needs in all the right places, and rubber seal which protects the contents from dust and liquids. The case can easily be slid under beds, stored in cupboards, backpacks or even inside other cases for added protection. The handle also folds in giving the case a lower profile to make them easier to stack.

The Boomslang Case comes with multiple foam layers designed to keep you valuables safe and secure during movement. The lid of the case features egg shell foam to prevent the contents from sliding when closed, and a foam separator piece on the bottom of the case. The case also comes with two thick pick and pluck layers, allowing you to customise the shape of the foam to achieve the perfect fit around your precious valuables. The panel is cut and separated into cubes which can be pulled out to create the shape of the item you want to store inside, preventing the contents from sliding around inside the case and keeping them even more safe. Pick and Pluck foam is perfect for those who want to store lots of small items in once case without worry of them sliding into each other and causing damage, such as for a collection of electronics, Camera Equipment or a Drone with delicate blades for example.

The case is fully IP Rated and tested by a 3rd party quality assurance company to give you the confidence you need to put your trust in the case, tested for Waterproofing, Impact Resistance, Immersion, and Temperature Tests. The case is IP rated IP67, meaning that the case is fully dust tight and waterproof, making it great for transporting electronics as well as sights and scopes. The case can be submerged in water up to 1m for 30 mins meaning that you don't have to worry about rain or splashes during transport, and your equipment will come out as dry as when you put it in there. The case is tested for temperatures between -40°c and 90°c allowing the case to remain strong no matter the weather conditions.

The case features heavy duty clasps designed to keep the case secure, with two strong single movement clasps which make the case easy to open, but give an extremely strong lock for transport. If you're worried about tampering the case also features two pad-lock holes, allowing for both standard padlocks to be used as well as TSA approved locks, allowing the case to be used for transport on Airlines. The case is secure enough to make it enough of a challenge for anyone trying to get a sneaky look inside.

The case also features an adjustable air valve which is designed to release pressure for transport by air, or in situations with high pressure such as at height. The valve is fully adjustable, but also water resistant, allowing you to adjust the amount of pressure allowed to equalise inside the case but without flooding the contents.
