If you're running this optic on an M4/AR-15 platform you will almost definitely need a rail riser to get a comfortable head position, but for AK, AR36 and other platforms with a raised rail, the Micro Red Dot Sight is perfectly suited. While it is styled after the RMR, this red dot sight requires the integral rail mount to function and as such, is not compatible with RMR or other optic mounting plates but is ideal for railed slides like that of the VORSK VM9. Description
If you're in search of a compact red dot sight for your railed slide pistol, SMG or short-barreled rifle, the Guerilla Tactical Micro Red Dot Sight will do the trick. Styled after popular Docter/RMR micro red dot sights, the Guerilla version differs in that it requires the integral rail mount to function, meaning it isn't suitable for RMR footprint red dot plates but is ideal for 20mm rail-equipped platforms, whether it is a shotgun, SMG, rifle or pistol!
The Micro Red Dot Sight offers both red and green reticle illumination which is controlled via the sliding switch on the rear of the sight. The central position is the "off" position, sliding the switch to the right illuminates the dot reticle in green and the leftmost position gives you red illumination. This means you can use red for green environments and green for low-light conditions to get the best contrast with the environment and a dot reticle that is easy to find under pressure.
The sight is powered by a single CR2032 button cell which is included in the box and the battery compartment is accessible with the two Allen bolts on the top removed. This will allow the sight itself to be separated from the mount and your button cell to be installed on the underside of the sight body.
