When you think of shotguns, something like this is always the first image to come to mind. An iconic silhouette with a decorated history, being seen all around the world since its production first began back in 1951. This popularity has carried over to the world of Airsoft and has become a CQB skirmisher's best friend. Nothing quite beats the rush of running around close quarters and vanquishing foes with spreads of BBs as soon as they turn the corner. The multi-BB pump action shots mean even if you can't aim, there's still a chance that the shotgun spread will result in a hit!

This shotgun may look like a previous product, but that's because it's actually the Gen. 2 version of the Golden Eagle Type 870 M8872. This new version looks almost identical except the gas port at the rear of the stock has changed due to issues with a leaky detachable gas tank and unreliable o-rings. The version 2 shotgun has scrapped the removable gas tank and instead installed a fixed gas tank within the stock that can be filled up through the rubber butt plate.

Treat yourself to some CQB satisfaction with the Golden Eagle Type 870 M8872 Railed Gas Shotgun V2 and enjoy the satisfaction of pump action mixed with a 3-shot spread

About Golden Eagle

Golden Eagle are an Airsoft brand that specialises in high-quality gas-powered replicas. These gas guns range from pistols, and shotguns in addition to M4s, all of which handle very well, with realistic action, often having a full-metal construction.

Their shotgun range features a variety of different Type 870s, each with its own unique design and similarly their M4s vary from keymod to M-LOK in both regular and carbine format. Golden Eagle also stock parts for their gas replicas as well as spare magazines.

While they do focus on producing gas-powered replicas, they also have several electric-powered products, such as their MCR models, complete with drum magazines.
