If your M4 needs a revamp, a new gearbox is the easiest way to do it. The Delta Armory Complete Version 2 Gearbox for M4/AR-15 AEG is compatible with almost every M4/AR-15 AEG on the market and is well-equipped with reinforced parts straight out of the gate.
This is the same gearbox used in the Delta Armory CHARLIE™ line AEGs, boasting a quick change spring guide, 18:1 steel gears running on 7mm bushings, an SHS piston with a full steel tooth rack, an SHS reinforced tappet plate and a reinforced gearbox shell with radiused cylinder window corners.
The pre-installed spring will provide around 380 FPS when installed, so if you plan to use this gearbox for anything other than a semi-auto-locked DMR build you will need an M100, M105 or weaker spring to keep it within site limits. Thankfully, the quick change spring system makes spring swaps a breeze! Whether you are breathing new life into an old M4 AEG or you are building an AEG from scratch, this complete gearbox will save you loads of time and messing around!

Description
If you need to fix up an old M4 but aren't up for messing around inside the gearbox, a complete gearbox replacement is the way to go. The Delta Armory Complete Version 2 Gearbox for M4/AR-15 AEG is the same gearbox used in the Delta Armory CHARLIE™ AEG range, boasting plenty of reinforcements and pre-upgraded parts straight out of the box.
Inside, you will find steel 18:1 ratio gears running on 7mm bushings, a quick change spring guide, an SHS piston with a full rack of steel teeth and an SHS reinforced tappet plate, giving you a long-lasting internal feature set and full compatibility with Tokyo Marui spec upgrade parts. The gearbox shell is also reinforced and the cylinder window is radiused at the front, getting ahead of known weak points in the version 2 design and allowing for far stronger springs to be used than with a standard V2 shell.
The pre-installed spring provides around 380 FPS when installed, so we recommend using an M100 or M105 spring to keep the muzzle energy of your build within site and legal limits. Thankfully, the quick change spring system makes switching springs easy; simply remove the spring guide through the rear of the gearbox and switch the spring for your alternative. The gearbox is also pre-wired in rear wired configuration, with a mini-Tamiya battery connector and spade connectors for your motor. Whether you are building from scratch or fixing up an old M4, this gearbox is the key to avoiding the fiddly nature of gearbox internals!

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
