CYMA CM.077 Antonov Series AK AEG

CYMA have taken the traditional AK platform, and removed the shortcomings of the design, replacing the Stock, Handguard and Pistol Grip with Ergonomically Enhanced Designs (depending on the variant you choose), giving the user plenty of options and flexibility to fill various roles. There are four choices of stock design including Sliding & Folding, Sliding only, Stockless and fixed, resulting in an AK platform with unsurpassed user ergonomics. The Buttpad is a Rubberised, Shock Absorbing design, which allows for greater Control over the weapon and a stable shoulder-grip. The folding stock design can be folded to the right, allowing for a short-length Assault Rifle in CQB, and easing both Transportation and Storage of the gun. By folding to the right, this stock can be used with AK Side Mounted Scope Mounts, unlike the traditional AK folding stock design. This has been paired with the Polymer Handguard, which replaces the AK’s traditional handguard with a Lightweight, Comfortable M-LOK compatible design. With M-LOK attachment points on the Sides and Bottom of the Handguard, users can install a wide variety of Accessories and After Market Components to enhanced the practicality of their gun; from Foregrips to enhance their Control of the gun, to Lasers and Lights for use in Low Light Situations. The Top Cover has not escaped CYMA’s upgrades, as it is now Hinged, improving users access to the battery compartment and making closing the Cover easier. The Top Cover of the Folding & Fixed Stock Variants also features a 16.7cm length 20mm RIS Rail for mounting a wide variety of Magnified or Reflex Optics, improving the user’s ability to Locate and Track targets while Airsofting. The Controls remain the same Tried and Tested AK design, the Fire Selector is the Downwards Sliding lever, realistically moving from Safe, to Fully Automatic and finally Semi Automatic, just like the real thing, and the Magazine Release in the classic Ambidextrous lever in front of the trigger guard. All in all, there’s a lot to like about the CM.077 Antonov series. It takes an incredibly popular weapon platform, and gives it the overhaul it has desperately needed for many years; turning the AK from a practical workhorse Airsoft gun into a modern and dynamic Airsoft gun, with comfortable furniture and the ideal basis for an Operator setup or anyone wanting something for a unique, modern tactical Loadout.

Special Instructions:

Please Note that to remove the 14mm CCW Muzzle Brake, a small Grub Screw on the underside of the Muzzle Brake must be removed. 

The Battery and Charger which is supplied with the gun will function perfectly, however, these are considered free gifts and are not as high a quality as other Battery and Charger we sell. We recommend that you upgrade these before you start skirmishing with your rifle and recommend: VP Racing - Battery 8.4V 1600mAh Ni-MH Stick Battery, and WE Europe - WEEU N3 NIMH3 Compact Battery Charger - NiMh. Which will last longer and charge faster.

You will be able to charge the Battery supplied with the Weapon using the WE Europe - WEEU N3 NIMH3 Compact Battery Charger - NiMh, and can keep it as a backup should your main battery run flat during a Skirmish.

The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.
