- Non-functional
- Snapped receiver
- Wood furniture
This replica is in the Boneyard with a snapped receiver. It is unrepairable, so is recommended to those who could benefit from having some spare SVD parts...
- Missing screw for rail
- Slightly wobbly stock
- Near-mint condition
This replica has landed in our Boneyard due to a few issues regarding its furniture. The top picatinny rail has detached due to its screws coming undone - it appears only one screw has been recovered, so a second may need to be sourced to securely mount the rail and maintain zero. The stock also seems to wobble quite a bit, suggesting either the mount or the screws are unsecure. Aside from that, the replica was fully functional in testing, where we were seeing an average of 465FPS using 0.20g BBs.
- Non-functional
- Missing parts
- Externally mint
This beautiful replica was used as parts for a warranty repair. The trigger linkage and hammer sear are now missing, meaning this replica will be non-functional until replacements are sourced. Aside from the missing parts, this replica looks brand new and would make an exceptional display piece or prop.
- Non-functional
- Missing trigger components
- Externally pristine
This replica is in the Boneyard missing the majority of its internal trigger components, rendering it non-functional until parts are replaced. We're unsure specifically what's missing but the platform will not rack, so it may serve best as a parts donor or an awesome display piece/prop given its pristine external condition.
- Slam fires
- Caked in mud
- Two-tone blue
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue regarding slam firing - this could be due to the piston or sear not engaging properly with the other component resulting in the slam firing. Other than this, the replica has signs of use such as the mud splatter seen across the entirety of the replica so this would have to be cleaned - the scope alongside the protective covers are also missing so a replacement would have to be sourced. The replica is two-toned as well so you won't need UKARA in order to purchase this replica.
- Slam fires
- Safety lever snapped
- Two tone green
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to the trigger assembly being bent to the point where the sear isn't able to lock onto the piston which results in the replica slam firing. This is the only fault that we're aware of though we recommend doing a thorough investigation regarding the slam firing to figure out what needs fixing/replacing. Other than this, the bipod is missing so a replacement would have to be sourced. Externally the replica is in decent condition however it is two-toned so you won't need UKARA in order to obtain this replica - the two-tone paint is slightly worn though only spots that aren't easily visible such as around the mock magazine alongside the side of the stock which will be hidden when you handle this replica. One last thing to add-on is the safety lever has snapped but is still be functional.
- Slam fires
- Missing accessories
- Externally mint
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue regarding slam firing - this could either be the sear or piston causing the issue so you will have to do some further investigation into the route of this fault. The bolt handle lock is missing so regardless if the handle is up or down, it'll fire when you let go of the handle. Alongside this, the scope, bipod and one of the magazines are missing so replacement would have to be sourced for the complete package. Other than the listed issues, the externals are in good shape so no TLC work would have to be performed.
- Holding pin missing
- Missing bipod
- Mint condition
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to the holding pin that allows the bolt to cock the spring has gone missing which in turn means that a replacement would need to be sourced in order to use this replica. Externally this replica is in good condition although it's missing its bipod so an alternative would need to be sourced if you're wanting that classic sniper aesthetic.
- Missing multiple parts
- Externally mint
- Potential wall hanger
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to various issues including missing body screws, scope and bipod. Internally this replica needs a bit of work as the bolt simply just slides out when you try to rack it as trigger parts have gone missing so further investigation will need to be conducted to determine which parts need sourcing. Other than this, the replica is in decent condition externally so if a trigger was to be sourced, it could pass as a wall hanger.
- Damaged stock
- Missing parts
- Needs cleaning
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue regarding part of the frame that secures the receiver together being broken - although this piece looks like it's meant to separate, there is clear indication that one of the supports for this piece has snapped, allowing it to fall out of the frame meaning you probably won't have the most robust mounting of the receiver when putting this replica together.
Regardless, the replica is fully functional firing at 430 FPS +/- 10% on .2 BB's. The scope, bipod and one of the magazines are missing so replacements would have to be sourced. The replica will also need a bit of TLC as there's some sort of adhesive residue on the end of the outer barrel alongside some mud at the rear of the stock.
- Broken spring guide
- Missing various parts
- Two-tone green
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to an issue with the action that sounds to be interfering with the spring - during inspection, we have determined that the root of the cause is the spring guide coming apart and getting lodged between the trigger and piston which seems to have jammed the bolt.
This is all due to the spring guide having stripped threads meaning the base and the rod aren't secured. With the shots that we could fire, we were seeing 470 FPS +/- 10% on .2 BB's. The replica is also missing its bipod alongside two of its three magazines so replacements would need to be sourced. There is also some wear on the two-tone paint however it's not severe enough and you can still obtain this replica without UKARA.
- Stiff bolt
- Trigger issues
- Missing parts
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to issues relating to the trigger unit - during inspection, it was quite wobbly however we were able to fire the replica; when the bolt is pulled back, it's very hard to fully pull back to where you get a positive click and the bolt doesn't try and spring back into battery. Once the replica is cocked, it's very hard to push back into battery but it is possible. Once you've done all of this, you can happily fire the replica - we were seeing 405 FPS +/- 10% on .2 BB's so this could be a neat little sniper to use if the stiffness issue is rectified. The screws to secure the frame to the receiver are missing alongside the scope and bipod so replacements would have to be sourced.
- Non-functional
- Missing parts
- Awesome wall hanger
This replica was originally sent to the Boneyard due to some selector issues - apparently it only fired in full auto, though in our testing it wouldn't fire at all. We're completely unsure what issues may be at play here... The pin and spring for the bolt latch on the left side of the replica are missing, so replacements may need to be sourced for these later down the line, though their absence should not affect performance or functionality in any way.
A classic M14 replica, this thing may be best served as an awesome looking prop/display piece, so won't even need any tech work. Though if you do want to get it back up and running again, prepare for the risk of opening a can of worms...
- Snapped auto-sear
- Missing magazine
- Untested
This VMP-1C has a snapped auto sear. The sear can be manually reset in order to shoot, however when the bolt cycles it does not engage/reset, meaning it will need replacing. This is an ideal project for someone with prior experience with this specific platform. It must also be noted that the magazine originally provided is missing, so a replacement will need to be sourced.
- Cylinder head missing
- Untested
- Slight external wear
This replica is in the Boneyard missing its cylinder head. A new one will need to be sourced to get it back up and running. Due to the nature of this issue, we've been unable to test the platform, so are unaware of any further faults (if there are any).
- Non-functional
- Wiring or motor issues
- Various marks & scratches
It's unknown why this replica was initially sent to the Boneyard, however after some investigative work, we discovered it non-functional with what seems to be either motor and/or wiring issues. Trying to shoot the replica results in the EBB seizing and no shot fired, trying to then fire again results in nothing. If you attempt to consistently fire the replica, the wiring begins to heat up quite significantly. Due to the dangerous nature of this potential fire risk, we suggest only taking this project onboard if you're an experienced tech. Adding on, there is a also some slight wear visible on the Two-Tone paint, and the charging handle for the mock bolt has snapped off.
Overall, this replica may serve best as a husk to pull spare parts and furniture from for your other broken one!
- (Should be) functional
- Scratches on bolt
- Original packaging
Ex-display; functionally this replica is completely fine other than the wear on the bolt. This would be a perfect sidearm for those that are going for an authentic WW1 German loadout. Do take note that due to being powered by CO2 and having no adjustment for power output; this replica is not site legal as it's shooting 390 FPS +/-10%.
- Non-functional
- Unknown faults
- Parts missing
This replica is being sold as non-functional. It simply will not fire. The fire selector itself (the ambidextrous side) has fallen off, so a replacement will need to be sourced for this if you do manage to get the gun back up and running. The stock's buttpad seems to come off easier than it should too, so a touch of glue may be advisable there.
Overall, this gun may be better used as a source of parts, but if you're up for the task... this might just be your winter project to fix-up.
- Semi-functional
- Various marks & scratches
- Two-tone blue
This replica has been returned to us with an issue reported that "it stops working after 15 minutes"...
If this is true, it can be skirmished, but only in 15 minute intervals! Jokes aside, this replica is untested: we'll leave that fun to you. We believe this replica may be best suited as a wall hanger or even a prop. Given the Two-Tone, a UKARA is not required to purchase this gorgeous piece of history.
Caution: When splitting the replica in half, ensure the bolt is pulled back to avoid damaging the bolt and/or hop unit.
- Non-functional
- Missing tappet plate spring
- Great external condition
This item is being sold as a Boneyard as it is missing a tappet plate spring, and so will not fire properly. This could potentially be fixed by those of you with the necessary spare parts and technical knowledge who fancy a bit of a tinker, but for now it is being sold as non-functional. Hey, at least it it cycles, right? Externally the rifle is in fantastic condition with little to no marks or scratches to be seen, so this replica could make for an exceptional wall hanger/display piece.
- Pump Jammed
- Almost Brand New
- Fantastic Display Piece
This Shotty won't pump! There seems to be some kind of disconnect between the trigger and the pump, as you simply can't rack the thing. This could be a quick project for shotgun experts, or an awesome wall hanger/prop for the rest of us.
Due to the nature of the problem we were unable to test this platform, so more issues may be at play than we're aware of.
- Externally great
- Non-functional - Clicks but doesn't cycle
- A project gun for the techs
This DSG G&G Firehawk was returned to us with an internal fault, rendering it "dead". When tested, the gun clicks but does not cycle. If you have the technical skills and fancy a tinker, this could be a fantastic project for you!
Externally, this Firehawk is in near-perfect condition, with only a slight wobble in the handguard and very minor marks on the receiver.
- Externally Pristine
- Reported Inaccurate
- Untested
This M4 AEG is in the Boneyard due to reported inaccuracy. We couldn't test it at range, so do not know the true severity or direct cause of the problem. This could be a potential quick hop fix, or a whole can of worms to be opened - the gamble is yours! Aside from the reported inaccuracy, the platform is in fantastic external condition and should be functional.
- Pump Jammed
- Non-Functional
- Great External Condition
This gas powered FABARM shotgun has a jammed pump. We're unsure on the root cause or any potential fixes to this issue, but you unfortunately won't be able to rack it. A unique platform, this one will be well worth your time to fix up, or could serve well as a display piece/prop.
- Pump Jammed

- Jamming Pump
- Dysfunctional Trigger
- Broken Shell Tube Cover
This gas powered FABARM shotgun is in the Boneyard with several problems. It has supposedly been used for parts, though we're unsure what exactly is now missing. Its pump tends to jam when racked and the trigger does nothing. The shell tube towards the front of the platform is also broken - the threaded section for the cap is no longer secured into the tube. There may be more ongoing problems but we cannot diagnose these due to the platform not being in a functional enough condition to test. Overall this might be quite a big task to fix up, so may be better used to take more parts from, or just to serve as a pretty cool wall hanger!
- Untested
- Outer barrel damaged
- Missing spring guide block
This GLOCK replica has excessive wear on its outer barrel. There was also a broken-off piece found in the box alongside the pistol, which upon further inspection appears to have also come from the outer barrel where the front of the hop unit sits. The front spring guide block is also missing, meaning there may be mechanism issues when firing this replica which is also somewhat indicated by the rather unsatisfying racking of the slide. This could be an easy fix-up if both of the problematic parts are replaced (spring guide block and outer barrel).
- Non-functional
- Bolt not cocking
- Potential project
This rifle is suffering from some problems with its bolt and the cocking of it. If you pull back the bolt and return it to battery, there is no spring tension at all throughout the process, and it doesn't reset the trigger. Ultimately, it's dead. If you're a technician with some prior experience with springers, this could be a decent project for you to figure out...
- Low FPS
- Wobbly furniture
- Potential electrical short
This replica is in the Boneyard due to its low power output. In our testing we were seeing a 185 FPS average from this thing on 0.20g BBs, suggesting that the air seal is rather poor and the o-ring found on the piston may be at fault. Some of the furniture on this platform also seems to be slightly wobbly, including the lower handguard and stock. These may need some tinkering if you're wanting a gun that doesn't rattle.
We must also mention that during our testing, a metallic smell began emitting from the gun and the wires to our battery increased significantly in temperature. There may be some kind of short happening, or the motor is being over-stressed, we're not entirely sure. One last thing to note is that the magazine provided with the replica unfortunately doesn't seem to want to lock in place properly, though when using others (in our case, a Specna Arms mid-cap J-Series magazine), no issues are found with fitting or feeding.
- Broken Stock Latch
- Shoots Hot
- Great Condition
This Saiga-12K AEG is in the Boneyard due to having a broken stock latch. The stock can be fixed or folded, but the action between these will require a rather difficult press into what's remaining of the button toward the back of the platform. Aside from this, the gun is in pristine external condition. It unfortunately was however also shooting up to 400FPS in testing (way hotter then it should), so will need downgrading before skirmish use.
