This set is a full replacement rotary type HOP-Up unit for version 2 gearbox-equipped Airsoft M4/AR-15 platform AEGs and includes all of the parts you'll need to replace your stock HOP-up unit. The set also includes the choice of two HOP-up arms, one designed for flat HOP setups and one for conventional.
As with all internal upgrade parts, we only recommend this HOP-up unit for the technically proficient as it requires full assembly and does not include a HOP-up rubber or HOP-up nub. That said, the RetroArms CNC Rotary HOP-Up Chamber Gen.2 for M4/AR-15 AEG is widely regarded as one of the best options out there for the pros, and when set up properly, it has the potential to outrange anything else on site!

Description
By using superior quality components, the RetroArms CNC Rotary HOP-Up Chamber Gen.2 for M4/AR-15 AEG allows users to get the best possible performance out of their Airsoft M4/AR-15 AEGs. The Hop-Up Chamber is constructed from aluminium using CNC machining, resulting in a tough and exquisitely finished component with tight tolerances for a perfect air seal.
Being a rotary design, this HOP-up chamber can be finely tuned and adjusted for various weights of BB, holding its setting far more effectively in the long run than the older gear adjuster design and allowing users to improve the range and accuracy performance of their M4/AR-15 AEGs and other AEGs which use the M4 HOP-up chamber design. These include G&G SA80/L85 AEGs and Double Eagle's UTR45 platform.
The set includes all the parts you will need to complete the unit, with the exception of the HOP-up rubber, nub and outer barrel, which are of course a matter of personal preference. A nice perk of the Gen.2 set is its inclusion of two HOP-up arms; one for a conventional HOP-up setup and an alternative designed to provide more direct force to the top of the HOP-up nub, making use of what is known as a "TDC trolley" and working similarly to much-lauded TDC HOP-up units.
Packed with plenty of enhancements intended to simplify the installation process and encourage good practice, the RetroArms CNC Rotary HOP-Up Chamber even boasts a threaded barrel locking ring which keeps your inner barrel straight and stable while preventing it from slipping out. This not only makes proper installation easy but also enhances air seal, allowing practically no air to escape between the inner barrel and chamber walls.

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
