Coming Soon: The CYMA CM.05x Platinum series
CYMA AK AEGs have a reputation of being absolutely superb in all aspects, offering a hefty full metal build and high-quality internals known for their reliability. The CM.04x series is the current classic AK offering, constructed to match the original AK series rifles on the outside, complete with real wood or high-density polymer furniture, depending on the model.

The CM.05x series takes the classic AK design to the next level, offering full steel construction across the entire replica. Previous CYMA AKs had steel receivers, top covers and trim parts but parts like the outer barrel, trunnion block, and front sight were made from alloy. The addition of more steel not only improves strength but makes the CM.05x that much closer to the handling and feel of a real AK rifle, rivalling LCT, E&L and other high-end AK replica manufacturers when it comes to external build.
Available models include the CM.056 AK-74, CM.056M AKM, CM.053B AKS-74, CM.053C AK-74M, CM.053D AK-105, CM.053 AKS-105 and CM.055 AKS-74U, offering an equivalent to all of the existing CM.04x series with the latest internals and a now full steel build!
Internally, the CM.05x series takes the best from the existing high-speed edition CYMA AKs, including 13:1 CNC steel gears running on 8mm ball bearing bushings, a CNC aluminium ball bearing piston head, double O-ring cylinder head, ball bearing equipped quick change spring guide and stainless steel type 0 cylinder.
As we might expect, the internals are driven by a high-speed motor, matching the CYMA "high-speed" benchmark and providing a devastating rate of fire. The primary internal improvement is the inclusion of a new MOSFET/ETU system from EShooter, the first programmable MOSFET offered in a Platinum series AEG straight out of the box!
This MOSFET replaces the CYMA Platinum Zeus MOSFET and boasts programmable fire modes and adjustable pre-cocking. This means you can set this classic AK up for burst mode and binary trigger; nifty features usually reserved for certain advanced M4/AR-15 platforms!
The adjustable pre-cocking function is also a serious game changer, allowing you to tune the semi-auto trigger response to be almost as fast as a GBBR, a function usually reserved for advanced aftermarket MOSFETs like the Gate TITAN and ASTER. Unlike the TITAN and ASTER, the EShooter MOSFET doesn't require an app, firmware updates or any other bits to buy as all of its functions can be accessed through the fire controls of the AEG itself!
