Description
One of the worlds lightest RMR's ever made, weighing in at a next to nothing 18.4g this RMR is an excellent combination of modern design & optic innovation.
The optic is constructed from alloy, this includes the base and slimline sight frame which houses an extremely clear 17x24mm lens, making for an excellent sight picture without being a detriment to any peripherals, so you can keep your eyes on target while being aware of your surroundings. The optic also features a Motion Sensor auto-shutoff, which means that when the optic detects no movement after a total of 120 seconds / 2 minutes the optic will automatically shut off, great for saving your battery life!
The sight is powered via a CR2032 disc battery, which goes into the base of the sight & is held in via the weaver plate you fit the sight to. The dot size itself is 3MOA ( Minutes Of Angle ) providing an accurate & precise point of aim, allowing the end user to acquire their target and maintain a consistent dot placement. The dot can be turned on / off via the provided + & - buttons on either side of the optic, which provides a total of 8 red illumination levels w/ 2 levels of NV.
The Vector Optics Frenzy-S 1x17x24 MIC (Motion Sensor) is an amazing low profile, super light & compact RMR, whether your fitting it to your sidearm or as a back up when using an LPVO, this is a must have for anyone in need of a back up red dot.
