- High-density polymer construction
- 6.03mm Tightbore inner barrel
- HAL¹ ETU/MOSFET - Programmable fire modes
If you're looking for a lightweight but menacing AR platform, the Specna Arms SA-FH07 FLEX™ HAL¹ ETU™ M4/AR-15 AEG is perfect for you. This AEG follows Specna's "FLEX" build standard, with full polymer externals, plus, an alloy flash hider and outer barrel. It's ideal for skirmishers who like to move fast and keep their energy high all day.
The latest SA-FH07 is rocking Specna's HAL¹ ETU, boasting programmable fire controls and several quality-of-life functions built-in, all for barely more money than the original. The HAL¹ allows you to select binary trigger, AUG mode and sniper delay instead of semi-auto and semi-auto lock, 3-round burst or 5-round burst instead of full auto. Also available are 5 levels of trigger sensitivity adjustment, 6 levels of adjustable pre-cocking, active braking and a low battery voltage alarm. Like the original, the HAL¹ equipped version also has a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel, giving it above-average accuracy potential and a slight rise in FPS from the same strength spring. Impressive considering its low price point

Description
If you're an agile skirmisher seeking an advanced primary for a remarkable price, cast your eyes on the SA-FH07 FLEX™ HAL¹ ETU™ M4/AR-15 AEG from Specna Arms! This lightweight rifle has the bonus addition of Specna's HAL¹ ETU, a programmable MOSFET with a wealth of programmable functions built in.
The HAL¹ ETU offers binary trigger, AUG mode and sniper delay instead of semi-auto and semi-auto lock, 3-round burst or 5-round burst instead of full auto, along with several quality-of-life improvements and most importantly for CQB, adjustable pre-cocking! Pre-cocking positions the piston at the rear of its cycle after a shot, meaning when you pull the trigger the response is practically instantaneous, ideal for semi-auto duels in the close confines of a CQB site.
This ETU adds a lot of functionality to this lightweight, player-friendly platform. With no more trigger lock-ups when shooting semi-auto, plenty of fire mode options and the pre-installed 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel and rotary HOP-up combo make the SA-FH07 such a solid choice!
Starting at the tip of the 14.5" outer barrel, we find an M4/AR-15 birdcage flash hider mounted to 14mm CCW male threading. The outer barrel is constructed from alloy to provide a strong backbone and keep the tightbore inner barrel nice and straight for perfect accuracy. If you want to mount a tracer unit, suppressor or alternative muzzle device all you need to do is unscrew the flash hider and mount your preferred device thanks to the common 14mm CCW threading at the tip of the barrel.
The front iron sight is a fixed front post with "wings" on either side of it to keep it protected from accidental bumps. The sight is constructed from alloy and is not adjustable as it is welded onto the wings. At the front of the handguard, we also have alloy sling points on either side of this platform.
Surrounding the suppressor we have a polymer 20mm Picatinny unique-looking quad-railed handguard with 20mm rails at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions, ready for any 20mm accessories you choose to add to complete your mission. All this rail space is excellent for people trying out new load-outs, the freedom of being able to mount common 20mm Picatinny attachments on any side of your handguard allows you to find the perfect setup.
The receiver should be a familiar sight to anyone who has handled an M4/AR-15 platform before, constructed from polymer and matching the common receiver-style perfectly. This includes the reinforced front pinhole, mil-spec flat trigger guard, magazine release fence and low profile charging handle latch. The magazine release is on the right side of the magazine well, with a push-through design just like a standard M4/AR-15 AEG with a textured surface for optimal traction.
The fire selector switch is just above the pistol grip on the right side, offering 3 modes of fire with a 90-degree throw between each. The default fire modes are safe, semi-auto and full auto but with the pre-installed HAL¹ ETU, you have the option of using binary trigger instead of semi and 3-round burst instead of full auto. This makes the FH07 very versatile and ready for any situation you may find yourself in.
The charging handle can be found at the top rear of the receiver and as mentioned, features the milspec low-profile charging handle latch to reduce snagging potential. Pulling the charging handle back will pop the dust cover open and retract the mock bolt, revealing the rotary HOP-up unit on the right side. The HOP-up allows you to adjust the amount of backspin applied to your projectiles and tune the SA-FH07 for different ammo weights, looking for the flattest possible trajectory. When you've completed your adjustments, you can slap the "ping pong paddle" style bolt release catch on the left side of the receiver to drop the mock bolt with a satisfying metal-on-metal "clank".
Up top, we have a 20mm Picatinny receiver rail with a preinstalled rear iron sight. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation by rotating the dial with the sight hole in it. If you prefer to run an optical sight you can loosen the screws with an Allen key on the left side of the iron sights and remove them to access the full length of your receiver rail.
At the rear of the receiver, we come to the steel CQD style sling plate, which offers ambidextrous functionality with single-point slings; perfect for left or right-handed shooters. The steel construction practically guarantees no matter what you choose to mount to the plethora of 20mm rails on the SA-FH07, the sling plate will be strong enough to support the weight.
To the rear of the sling plate, we come to the M4/AR-15 buffer tube, which is constructed from the same strong high-density polymer used for the receiver. The buffer tube offers 6 positions of stock adjustment and boasts a low-snag design to keep mobility high. The adjustment lever is located on the bottom and is well concealed inside the design, allowing the stock to be lengthened and shortened to suit the environment and play style. We don't recommend using the visible loop sling points on the stock as they are made from polymer, we would recommend using the slit in the middle of the stock instead.
The battery compartment is inside the buffer tube as with many M4/AR-15 platforms and can comfortably fit a 7.4v 1450mAh 30C LiPo Stick Battery inside. To access the battery compartment you can either remove the stock entirely by rotating the rubber butt stock counterclockwise and pulling it off. Inside you will find a Deans battery connector to which you mount your chosen battery. The Deans connector has the advantage of being smaller and offering lower electrical resistance when compared to the mini-Tamiya, and we are always happy to see more Deans connectors appearing on out-of-the-box AEGs.
Inside this SA-FH07, we have an alloy V2 gearbox shell with 18:1 ratio steel gears running on 8mm bushings. The spring guide is an ESA quick change example, making power tuning a breeze for those who want to get as close to site limits as possible. The inner barrel is a 6.03mm tightbore paired with a rotary HOP-up unit, giving you superb accuracy potential and the most up-to-date HOP-up unit style for M4/AR-15 AEGs. All internal parts are Tokyo Marui AEG spec, meaning aftermarket upgrades are a go for the performance seekers!
The HAL¹ adds a whole lot of functionality into the mix, with programmable fire controls, 6 levels of pre-cocking adjustment and 5 levels of trigger sensitivity adjustment. Available fire modes include 3 or 5-round burst, binary trigger, AUG mode aka two-stage trigger, semi-auto only and sniper delay, giving you loads of options for how you use your SA-FH07. Features like these are usually only present in high-end replicas; we simply cannot believe the wealth of functionality inside the HAL¹ equipped SA-FH07, especially considering the price!
If you're looking for an affordable starter platform with futureproof functionality, the Specna Arms SA-FH07 FLEX™ HAL¹ ETU™ M4/AR-15 AEG is a great call. Packing more tech inside than ever before with the same thoughtful pre-upgraded parts as the original, the SA-FH07 is ideal for skirmishers of all skill levels!

Joule Charts
Special Instructions
These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.
FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.
This table should be used for reference, and cannot be used to check one weight against another, as the weight of the BB affects the power.
In order to check if the BB can be used with your replica chronograph using the weight you wish to use and then compare it against the table.
Every time you change weights you will need to re-chrono and check against the table. This is not a conversion chart between weights.
Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, and is the equivalent of 350fps, using 0.20g BB resulting in an upper limit of 1.14j.
