OPSMEN Fast 402 Ultra Weapon Light

The OPSMEN Fast 402 is a compact tactical flashlight designed to be mounted to the frame rails present on most pistols, but thanks to the inclusion of various mount spacers, is equally at home on the front of your rifle or SMG build.

The pre-installed mount spacer is designed to give a tight fit on Glock/EU style 20mm rails but can be swapped either for the standard 1913/20mm Picatinny for rifles or the 92G adapter for B9/92 style pistols. Swapping the spacer is as simple as unscrewing the Phillips screw at the front of the mount and replacing the pre-installed spacer with one of the included replacements.

The Fast 402 features an incredibly bright CREE XM-L3 (U3) LED, providing approximately 600 lumens peak output and a 150m beam throw distance. The lens is designed to spread the light over a wide area with a tight hotspot, ideal for breaching rooms in CQB and throwing light onto targets at a relatively long range.

The activation switch can be found on the rear of the unit in the form of an ambidextrous push switch which offers both momentary and constant on, allowing you to control the light either with your trigger finger or offhand thumb when installed on a pistol. Press and hold for momentary on, and tap the switch quickly for constant on/off.

One of the stand-out features of the Fast 402 is its impact, water and dust resistance, giving it the edge over rival flashlights in its price bracket by a considerable margin. According to OPSMEN, the Fast 402 can survive a 1.5m drop and is rated IPX7 water and dust-resistant, making it suitable for rainy skirmishes and rough playstyles.

The Fast 402 is powered by either 2 CR123A 3V cells or 2 16340 3.7V cells (not included) which are installed into the rear of the light housing. Flipping the buckle-style catch just behind the mounting bolt on the top of the light will allow the rubber-sealed battery compartment to hinge open. Battery insertion direction is helpfully indicated on the bottom of the light with a white laser-engraved diagram.
