The NUPROL 2500rnd C-Mag Double Electric drum magazine is the key to gaining the volume of fire advantage when skirmishing, and is the perfect tool to repel an ambush. This drum magazine is constructed from high-density polymer and is styled after the well known Beta C-Mag, designed by Jim Sullivan and manufactured by the Beta Company, and was intended to be issued with the MG36, the support weapon variant of the AR36 before it was shelved in favour of the MG4.
The advantage of the Beta C-mag design is that it provides immense capacity without preventing the shooter from getting nice and low in the prone position due to its dual drum layout. This example is an autowinding drum magazine which can be wound using the button on the front, meaning less work for your busy fingers in game!

Description
The NUPROL 2500rnd C-Mag Double Electric drum magazine can be an asset in any Airsoft skirmishers kitbag, and is especially useful for those who want to run a lightweight and high-speed loadout with a single magazine, without making sacrifices when it comes to firepower.
To make matters all the sweeter, this magazine was intended to be issued with the MG36, a support weapon variant of the AR36 which has been featured in several video games, including Rainbow 6: Las Vegas, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and Battlefield Bad Company. The MG36 never saw real world service and was shelved in favour of the MG4, but German Special Forces branch KSK have been seen toting these magazines with their G36K rifles in Iraq. What better excuse to adorn your primary with a double drum?
The magazine is powered by 4x AAA batteries (not included) which need to be installed into the included battery cradle and then inserted into the magazine body by removing the rear plate using a screwdriver(see Special Instructions for more details). The battery is stored in the left side of the shell, so you can leave the right side drum in place when installing the battery. The fill window is located at the top of the magazine, as with most other high-cap magazines, and to fill the mag all you need to do is open the fill window and pour BBs in.
The activation switch can be found on the front of the left side (looking at the mag from the rear) drum and when pressed, the magazine will wind the mechanism to keep the BBs feeding into your AR36 AEG. This means less work for your fingers which are already tasked with a lot during a skirmish.
A drum magazine is also a useful addition to the loadout of a skirmisher who wants to try out the role of a Support gunner, without taking the plunge on a dedicated support weapon. This is a great option for those who are on the fence about tackling a new aspect of the sport, and the drum magazine won't lose its functionality if you decide to stick with an assault role as it can be thrown into a utility pouch and kept handy for emergencies, i.e when you need to shoot your way out of trouble!

Special Instructions
To install the batteries in the NUPROL 2500rnd C-Mag you will need to remove the left side drum rear plate using a screwdriver. The two screws in the left side plate will need to be removed along with the central three screws and metal retaining piece. With this done you should be able to lift the left side rear plate free, and inside you will find a small red connector to which you mount your battery cradle.
