JJ Airsoft PSO-1 4×24 Illuminated Scope Replica; SVD Mount

The JJ Airsoft PSO-1 offers a fixed 4x magnification as per the real scope and easily attaches to an SVD/SVU type Russian side rail using the integrated mount. Simply slide the lever over to the side, slide the mount onto the Dovetail Rail and close the lever again to lock it in place. Due to different tolerances between manufacturers, you may need to loosen the mount to fit your specific rail. To do this, pull the QD throw lever upwards and adjust the retention nut to loosen or tighten the mount. 

The PSO-1 can be adjusted for windage and elevation using the turrets on the top and side. No tools are required, just turn the turret to make adjustments. Just like the real PSO-1, the JJ Airsoft version also has a red illuminated reticle which can be turned on using the switch/lever near the front of the mount. This will light up the important parts of the crosshair with red light, making it easier to see and use when in extremely dark or excessively bright environments. 

At the front, we are equipped with an integrated sunshade at the objective lens which can be pulled out and locked in place to reduce the amount of light entering the scope. This will reduce glare considerably, a handy feature for sunny day skirmishing or late evening engagements with the sun low on the horizon. A rubber eyepiece is also included in the package, letting you form a good seal between the scope and your eye to block out any distractions. The eyepiece is also a bit part of the iconic Russian scope look; the PSO-1 just wouldn't be complete without it!

The PSO-1 has an entirely authentic reticule complete with lead, windage and elevation chevrons, and the traditional 'stadiametric rangefinder' found on all PSO style scopes. The idea of the rangefinder function is that a 1.7m tall target will fit inside the areas marked on the scope, helping you guess range out to 1000m; completely useless for Airsoft but nonetheless cool to have a completely authentic scope to sit atop your pride and joy SVD rifle!
