G&G Armament ETU/MOSFET for G2 Gearbox; Rear Wired

G&G Armament
Code: G&GFET
72.49
  • Pre-wired MOSFET & ETU
  • Provides programmable fire modes
  • For version 2 gearboxes

If you need a replacement for your G&G MOSFET or want the latest version with its more compact design, the G&G Armament ETU/MOSFET for G2 Gearbox; Rear Wired is ideal. This set is pre-wired for relatively easy installation and is the latest G&G MOSFET 4.0 with its more compact form, saving you space in your battery compartment.

Installing this set gives your AEG the option of programming 3-round burst instead of full auto, great for those who keep running out of ammo due to a heavy trigger finger! Other features include low-voltage cutoff and cycle completion, ensuring both your gearbox and battery are kept healthy in the long term. Worth noting is that this set will require 11.1V LiPos to be used and if you're installing this in a non-G&G G2 AEG you will need to carry out modifications to ensure your setup does not pre-engage (AOE correction at the least).

Description

Whether you've had issues with your original G&G MOSFET or are looking to add a MOSFET and electronic trigger unit to your AEG but aren't too handy with soldering electric equipment, have no fear! The G&G Armament ETU/MOSFET for G2 Gearbox; Rear Wired is pre-wired and ready to rock in any G&G G2 gearbox equipped AEG. It can also be installed into any AEG version 2 gearbox and includes a mini-Tamiya battery connector and automotive fuse.

The electronic trigger unit replaces conventional trigger contacts, a computer-controlled trigger unit that allows you to program three-round burst mode using the fire controls of your AEG. This smart trigger unit also has a shot sensor which can detect a complete gear cycle, leading to a more precise single shot and longevity of components. Low-voltage cutoff is another feature to take note of, though this will require 11.1V LiPo batteries to be used. If you're installing this in anything other than a G&G G2 gearbox, make sure you correct angle of engagement (AOE) before using an 11.1V LiPo!

The 4.0 version of G&G's MOSFET is more compact than earlier models, saving space in battery compartments for those who want to use the biggest battery possible, or those rocking a compact PDW stock. If your original G2 MOSFET/ETU setup is reaching the end of its life, this is the ideal low-effort replacement!

Parts Fitting

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.

Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

We do know that players love to tinker, so we're here to give you help should you require it, and if needed you can get in touch with our workshop for more help!

Unique Parts

Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.

Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.

If you require help with fitting any parts feel free to get in touch with us via our Contact Us Page.
