Description

G&G brings us their take on a high quality entry level AK to get you started in the sport of Airsoft and get skirmishing. AK's are an incredibly iconic and well supported platform so if you ever feel like upgrading or customising in the future you can do so with ease. This AK47 replica is solidly built and features an Alloy receiver and outer barrel assembly which is incredibly sturdy with no wobble from it.

At the very front of the AK we can see a 14mm CCW thread at the end of the weapon which can be access when the thread protector is removed, allowing you to attach all manner of suppressors, tracer units and other muzzle devices to further improve performance or aesthetics.

The handguard, pistol grip and stock are made of a tough Polymer which has a faintly textured finish for a great feel in the hand, usable with or without gloves.

Included with the rifle is a 60rnd mid cap magazine built to scale. This RIF is also highly compatible with other brands of magazines and was successfully tested with ASG, Battleaxe, D-Day, Nuprol and PTS Palm AK magazines. It was notably accurate and consistent when tested on the range, and can only be made better when some HOP is applied and a 0.25g or heavier BB used.

The HOP unit is located within the receiver of the AK, accessed by simply pulling back the mock bolt release on the right hand side of the rifle. The HOP is an AK slider type HOP, used to adjust for windage and elevation and add backspin to your shots.

The fixed stock offers fantastic battery space, meaning more time in the field playing and less time in the safe zone changing batteries, and is access by pulling down on the metal butt pad. There also is a front and rear Alloy sling loop to throw any sling straight onto the weapon and get skirmishing with it right out of the box. Included in the box is a sample bag of 1,000 G&G 0.2g BBs which are some of the highest quality rounds on the market.

Special Instructions

The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

Lovely AKM / AK47 replica if you're not wanting to break the bank, strong polymer build much like the CM16 raider, the performance is mega too. Chuffed with it, great value for money.
