Description

The Double Eagle M62 is an ideal first Sniper Rifle for a multitude of reasons. First and foremost is its' low cost. At £65 you really can't go wrong, and this makes it great for those just getting into Sniping, as you may not even enjoy the gameplay. If you then decide to upgrade and enhance this rifle, it has a very low starting cost and gives you plenty of room to upgrade it without worrying about cost vs. performance. The rifle is also reasonably lightweight, which makes it ideal for running around with all day, or using in combination with a sidearm or another gun.

The M62 comes out of the box firing at 400FPS, and comes included with a Magazine and Speedloader, which is everything you need to get started. This means you can just take it out the box and enjoy some sniping goodness, however we would recommend some heavyweight BBs (0.3g+) to get the most out of it. The Rifle can be made safe by moving the Trigger Lock Safety, which will block off the Trigger and stop it from being pulled.

The Sniper Rifle has an adjustable HOP which is essential to getting the best performance out of your rifle. Some experimentation will be needed to find the right BB for you, but at least 0.30g would be a good start. Calibrate the HOP to the specific BB weight you're using by trial and error, seeing which setting yields the best flight path. To adjust the HOP, simply move the slider near the handguard once the rifle is fully built.

The Stock length is adjustable by inserting more (or less) of the included Stock Spacers to add or remove length as you need it. The Cheek Rest on the Stock can be adjusted to suit the user, and allows you to repeatedly return to your scope in the fastest time possible. The Stock also has a front and rear Sling Loop for you to make use of, making it far easier to carry throughout the day and use another gun in combination.

The M62 has a 20mm underside rail which can be used to install a Bipod, Laser, or any compatible accessory to enhance performance, and a 20mm Railed Receiver allows you to install a huge range of Scopes, Sights, or again, anything you can find that is compatible.

Whether you're looking for your first Airsoft Sniper Rifle or you want a low-cost base for a project rifle, the Double Eagle M62 can suit a variety of needs.

Special Instructions

Some assembly is required once you take the rifle out of the box. The receiver simply needs placing inside the stock, and then being held in place by securing the included screws. There are picture-based instructions included with the rifle, but it is a simple case of:

- Fit the two halves together

- Tighten the screws which are already in place on the stock (the screws live inside the body and cannot fall out or be lost)
