If you need a rifle mag pouch which fits your bigger DMR magazines and such, the Delta Armory Adjustable MOLLE Open Magazine Pouch for M14/SCAR-H/SR25/G3 is what you need. This pouch is constructed from flexible polymer and is fully adjustable via bungee cord, meaning you can use it for almost any rifle mag, from M14 mags to G3 and SCAR-H magazines. It is uncertain if 417 magazines will fit in this pouch.
The pouch mounts to MOLLE webbing using the polymer hooks on the rear, retained by a polymer clip. The draw angle can also be adjusted by repositioning the rear screws, allowing you to tilt the pouch forwards or rearwards for a smoother draw.
