Description

If you're committed to the P90 AEG platform and want yours to become a space gun on the inside too, the Perun Optical MOSFET/ETU for P90 AEG will do exactly that. This advanced optical MOSFET provides a wealth of functionality, similar to the ASTER and TITAN from Gate but compatible with Tokyo Marui-based P90 AEGs. Finally, the P90 platform can go toe to toe with the very best AR platforms!

Naturally, the Perun Optical MOSFET/ETU will require a certain amount of expertise to install. As such, we don't recommend making your first tech job installing a MOSFET. Instead, consult an experienced tech if this is your first time in the guts of an Airsoft AEG so you don't run the risk of damaging the delicate optical sensors during installation. 

The features offered by the Perun P90 Optical MOSFET/ETU are almost too numerous to list! Once installed, you can program your trigger for a variety of fire mode options, including binary trigger, semi-auto only and burst modes of various lengths. If you want to speed up your semi-auto response for CQB, you can set the MOSFET for pre-cocking which positions the piston at the rear at the end of a cycle, ready to send the next BB almost instantaneously. 

Other functions of the Perun P90 MOSFET include adjustable trigger sensitivity, adjustable active braking, rate of fire adjustment and DSG mode. Trigger sensitivity can be adjusted all the way from a super short hair trigger to a realistic full pull and adjustable active braking allows you to ensure the gearbox completes a full cycle every time, avoiding over-spin and double shots on semi-auto. Rate of fire adjustment is ideal for those who want the programming options and efficiency of the Perun MOSFET but want to keep their rate of fire realistic, and DSG mode is designed for speed demons looking to add a MOSFET to their P90 dual sector gear setup. 

To protect your wiring and battery, the P90 MOSFET also functions as a "smart fuse", monitoring the power draw from your battery and ensuring both the wiring and the battery maintain their health. If your battery voltage drops too low, the Perun MOSFET won't suck it dry; instead, an alarm will sound, warning you to change batteries to avoid running it dry and causing damage. If you encounter a fault, the built-in diagnostic system will help you figure out what went wrong and make suggestions on what work needs to be done. The only thing this MOSFET doesn't do is install itself!

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff. 

Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts

Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
