This gearbox set is designed for M4/AR-15 AEGs and has the correct nozzle length and selector plate for the task and is also pre-wired to a Deans connector so you can benefit from a lower resistance connector for increased electrical efficiency. Also included with the set is a CYMA high torque Neodymium magnet motor, providing a very snappy trigger response and the power to handle stronger springs than a standard motor.

The icing on the cake is the pre-installed MOSFET/ETU which prevents gearbox lock-up on semi-auto, provides further improvements to the trigger response and a boost to the rate of fire. This sliding stock is designed for M4/AR-15 buffer tubes and offers a fantastic alternative to common Crane stocks used for rear-wired AEG setups. The shorter variant of the original Whale Stock, this version shaves off a couple of cm, saving weight and length to keep your setup light 'n' tight. 

The advantage of the Whale Stock over the Crane is its slim profile, avoiding the side bulges of the Crane stock in favour of a larger stock "toe" for battery storage. This means you can use a much larger battery than would fit in a buffer tube but still enjoy the slim, snag-free profile of more slimline AR stocks. To access the battery compartment, simply push the catch on the butt plate down and it will hinge open. 

The Whale Stock also features a QD sling socket on each side, ready for a QD sling swivel, along with a conventional sling loop at the toe of the stock for hook or strap-style slings. If you are looking for a way to mount a tracer unit to your AEP, this is what you're after!
