The MOSFET replaces the mechanical contacts in your replicas gearbox, with optical and magnetic sensors, which eliminate many moving parts that are prone to damage. This reduces many potential fail points and improves the reliability and lifespan of your replica. Most notably the stock trigger contacts, which are often constructed from copper that erode over time are replaced by electronic trigger contacts to prevent this from happening, leaving you safe in the knowledge that your gun is always on top form.

Besides the increased reliability the MOSFET has to offer, it also provides a wide variety of advanced features to enhance your Airsoft gameplay and experience. This MOSFET offers the following programmable modes:

• Adjustable trigger sensitivity - Set your trigger sensitivity to one of 5 different settings, which ranges from very short pull needed to fire a shot to a very long pull, depending on your preference and playstyle.
• Independently programmed firing modes - Offers programmable firing modes to the settings of your choosing, such as setting safe, semi, burst or auto on your choice of fire selector positions.
• Active brake - Stops the motor after each shot, which prevents spring compression or avoid overspin/double shot in replicas with a high rate of fire, adding another level or reliability.
• Precocking - Set a near-instantaneous trigger response. With precocking enabled, the piston will remain in its rear position after each shot with spring automatically compressing. This ensures that the next shot will be fired immediately after you pull the trigger. To release the spring after precocking, simply pull the trigger and hold it for 2 seconds, after which a second shot will be fired, this time with no precocking and fully braked.
• 2-stage trigger - A Light trigger pull will result in single shot or burst fire mode, while a deeper pull will cause a burst or fully automatic fire. The following modes can be set: semi – burst, semi–auto and burst–auto.
• Binary trigger - Allows for easy double shots when the fire select is set to semi-auto. After this mode is enabled, if semi-automatic fire is set, the shots will be fired not only when the trigger is pulled, but also when it is released.
• DMR mode - Set intervals between semi-automatic shots, which will allow you comply with DMR rules on some skirmish sites.
• Low battery voltage alarm - When used with Li-Po and Li-Ion batteries, the MOSFET will detect when the battery voltage falls to a critically low level, you will be notified by short sound signals that are repeated every minute. Easily switched on and off, this setting will prevent damage to your battery and improve its lifespan.
• DSG – Sector gear detection mode specifically to be used with dual sector gears.
• Diagnostic system - Monitors the replica and the MOSFET itself. In case of any issues, this setting immediately lets you know what the issue might be, making troubleshooting much easier.
• Electronic fuse - Save your replica and battery from a major malfunction. This setting will automatically disconnect the battery when a short circuit or blocked motor is detected.

Programming of all the settings is done solely by using quick and easily memorable sequences of fire selector, detailed in the manual. The trigger pulls are accompanied by sound signals and multicolour LED diodes. This allows for setting adjustment on the fly in a matter of seconds, even under enemy fire. All settings are set independently for each selector position, so you can program the MOSFET exactly the way you want.
