PCS Holo Weapon Sight Mod.X

The Holo Weapon Sight Mod.X is a red dot sight of classic holographic sight design, with a multi functional reticule providing two dots for precise shooting with an outer ring for rapid close-ranged work. The reticule is illuminated in red and can be adjusted to any of the 10 brightness settings using the "up/down arrow" buttons on the rear of the sight. To turn the sight on, press the "up arrow" button, to turn it off, hold both arrow buttons down. The "NV" button above the arrow keys can be used to change the reticule colour from Red to Green. The Holo Weapon Sight Mod.X, similarly to other holographic style sights, features an alloy protective hood surrounding the sight's delicate lenses and electronics, giving the sight some additional drop protection. This sight is the shorter variant of the Holographic sight, with a reoriented battery compartment, allowing it to be mounted to even the smallest rail, making this perfect for shorter guns or those which are already laden down with accessories. The battery compartment is found at the front of the unit and can be accessed from the right side of the optic, taking the form of a threaded cap which can be removed without tools. The sight is powered by a single CR123a battery (not included).

The sights adjustment screws are both present on the right side of the optic, recessed into its alloy protective hood, with the front screw controlling left-right adjustment (windage) and the rearmost screw providing elevation adjustment. The sight mounts to 20mm Picatinny rails, and uses a quick detach mount with a throw lever on the right side of the optic. The throw lever features a locking catch which is found on the centre of the throw lever. This needs to be pressed down in order to attach/remove the sight, and provides some extra security and assurance that your sight is properly mounted and won't fall off or move.

This optic would be perfect for someone with a smaller primary such as a submachine gun or short rifle who needs a wide field of view but only has a small amount of rail space to spare. These holographic sights also look awesome on an AR15/M4 rifle, and line up perfectly with the AR15 front sight.
