The Laylax EG Hard Gear Set is specifically designed for the Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock (NGRS) gearbox and includes a hardened steel spur gear, sector gear and bevel gear. This gearset is a standard ratio set (18:1), intended to provide a great compromise between high speed and high torque, allowing you to take your build in either direction and still benefit from reinforced gears!

Description
For those working on a TM recoil shock build, you have very little that needs improvement, though if you are pushing the FPS up to around 350 you will require some decent gears! Introducing the EG Hard Gear Set from Laylax, a standard ratio gearset constructed from hardened steel. The set includes a spur gear, sector gear, and bevel gear which are all precisely machined for perfect meshing and smooth, reliable performance.
Laylax, also known as "Prometheus" or "First Factory" has been a household name in the area of AEG upgrade parts for over a decade now, and have more recently begun producing upgrade parts for the NGRS system which have gone down a treat with users and are now considered an essential for raising the FPS of the advanced TM NGRS gearbox. Many experienced techs have relied on Laylax parts to keep their high performance build running for years, and we are confident their NGRS gears will provide the same long term exceptional reliability and smooth function.
These gears are tuned to an 18:1 ratio, which means for every 18 revolutions of your motor the gearbox will complete one full cycle. The benefit of using standard ratio gears is that you can make either a DMR or a high rate of fire CQB beast without wholly committing to one or another, meaning you can adapt your build to the scenario which suits, and without overstressing the gearbox by running it considerably beyond its design parameters.

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
